Heaven Hotel Chachoengsao Reviews

Pleasant hotel l would say that l would stay again. It is in the city of Chachoengsao about 1 hours drive from Bangkok. The breakfast is unbelievable. The receptionist has an uncanny special personality that immediately makes you know you are a guest in their hotel. The room even has a small window which if you stand sideways you can see the majestic beauty of the Chachoengsao landscape.

There is Robinson not far from the hotel. The hotel is not big but clean and quiet. The food in the hotel is not many, but it is cheap.

The room is beautiful and new but too small area and too small toilet. The reception need to be improve for good communication skill and service mind

Lil bit hard to find hotel location but it’s ok to drive along with Google map. The staff looks a bit young and gave us not really good services (like the hotel manager/owner didn’t train their staffs before. The surrounding is ok some apartment and other hotel are there so I feel safe to stay here. The parking lot is low capacity but the security guard can find a parking lot for us. The room is very clean, the blanket is the most i like, very good smell. So I give this hotel 3.5/5 points.

Overall ok.. i come for business trip..

Hotel location is very convenient and located right in the middle of the town. Service is unfortunately turn out the opposite, we were checked in to standard room while we actually booked luxury room. Breakfast was standard but boiler rice does taste so good :) we may come back again since the locate is an ideal!

There seems to be no hotel in Chachoengsao, so I found this one temporarily. The room is clean

The staff doesn't speak much. As the reviews say, but it's not bad. Breakfast is arranged as a set, not diverse. Cleanliness ok But the bathroom floor is only slightly different. If you accidentally trip, it will be dangerous. And the electrical system was unable to turn on some lights. At night I had to open the bathroom door to let the light through.

The room is clean, the room is the right size, not wide but not uncomfortable. Located in an alley away from the main road. At night you sleep without the noise of cars. There is parking and a good security system. A tap room keycard is required to use the elevator. The staff are attentive. The first floor is a restaurant, but I didn't try it. In the morning there is breakfast for 200 baht per head.

The rooms are not worth the price, claiming to be 4 stars, but some 3 star quality is still better. The bed, pillows, and blankets were uncomfortable. Asked for additional pillows, staff informed me there would be a charge of 50 baht each. Reserve a room with a bathtub But there was no curtain to prevent splashing. When taking a shower, the splashing water soaked the entire bathroom. The young employees are cute and give good advice.
