Just three words Excellent excellent and excellent.. we were there for our vacation and had a pleasant stay in resort..the view is amazing from the resort and our rooms was quite comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Rakesh who made our holiday special and memorable. He has done everything to feel us at home. Food was lip smacking. Overall fabulous stay and must recommended.

Our experience was very good. We stayed in a big room with a very big balcony, splendid mountain views, hospitable staff, clean sheets, lush greenery, and enough lighting in the room. The staff was very courteous, enthusiastic to help, and responded quickly. The entire team including Amrish, Shalu, Ajay, and Hitesh made all efforts to make us feel comfortable. The Manager of the hotel took care of everything and answered all our queries politely. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This resort is nestled right in the mountains, and every corner has beautiful views. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. My room was cozy with a big, comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the valley. I loved the panoramic mountain views and the guided nature walks. It’s an unforgettable spot to unwind and reconnect with nature.”

Being an ex georgian i always have a special place for Chail in my heart but Maple makes my memories more prominent and polished. This is one of the best places i have stayed.Coming here since 2014. The current staff is awesome- Ayush Thapa Amrish Shalu Hitesh Ajay All are very very good and Helping. Very friendly Mithilesh Ji(Elecricity Dept) A must try.

Wonderful hospitality from Ambrish,Shalu,Hiten and Ayush.Well landscaped property matched by Cosy rooms and all the amenities.Even small details are taken care of.A great place for family holidays.Wonderful food.Will definitely visit again.

Humanity at its peak. This hotel has the best staff , very cooperative and supportive. I went there with my two daughters , one had high fever and being a tourist , I had no idea about the local hospital. Mr Naveen , the general manager was very supportive through out the whole stay and even helped us to reach to the nearest hospital. The room service is one of the best in the whole of Himanchal. The hotels restaurant provides the tastiest food at a reasonable price. This for us was a 5 star rated hotel. Honestly speaking , the stay felt more like home than staying at a hotel. Very very happy after the trip. This hotel has the best view of Chail. Thank you Mr. Naveen.
