Vi boede 2 dage på dette skønne hotel. Fik et værelse på 2. sal. Der er ingen elevator. Meget roligt og fin udsigt ud over haven og området.
Meget venligt og professionelt personale. Fin restaurant, meget og godt personale.
God parkering inde i gården.
Der var en god stemning på hele hotellet og det var skønt at sidde i haven efter en dag hvor området var blevet udforsket. Der er mange flotte udsigter oppe over Lac du Bourget.
Eneste skuffelse var morgenmaden. Vi havde forventet noget ekstra godt, når nu resten var så fantastisk og den ikke var inkluderet i prisen på opholdet. Den var ikke dårlig, men meget "på det jævne".

Nice place, beautiful buildings! Good restaurant, great food and wine, and very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, our room was very small and the bed was not comfortable… so not full marks!

L'offre coffret cadeau est un peu en dessous de nos attente . Pas une demi bouteille d'eau dans les chambres , pas de bouilloire , les chambres sont un peu vieillissante tout de même. Le rapport qualité prix de la nuitée n'est pas tout à fait à la hauteur des prétentions de l'établissement , ça a été notre déception . Par contre le restaurant est une table à soulignée . Belle composition des assiettes , service agréable et efficace , ça vaut une halte , c'est la bonne surprise qui relève le niveau . Nous n'avions pas été averti que la cave proposait une dégustation , c'est dommage de l'avoir raté . Même si l'ensemble est un cadre magnifique , le repas gastronomique à la hauteur , les chambres dégradent la note à moyen ..difficile à conseiller à des amis avec ce point faible .

Nous avons passé une nuit au château. Le cadre est reposant et magnifique. Il y a un grand parc très agréable. La chambre était très confortable avec un très grand lit. Surtout nous avons pris un repas excellent avec un service très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux. Une belle expérience !

Although the grounds were attractive, damp weather precluded enjoying the terrace. Our room (#8) was sub par. There was no overhead lighting.The side tables were well worn. Red curtains and red carpet contributed to the dim and dingy ambiance.There was no shower in the bathroom.

Passing through only one night. The structure is very beautiful visually from the outside but many things are shabby and broken inside, from the handles to the balconies in the rooms, rusty, cracked. Small room, without a minibar, a small bottle of water .... International buffet breakfast without service, good. Internal and external parking. Honestly quality price, we are not there, it is expensive for what it gives!!!!

Le cadre est verdoyant et se prête volontiers pour traîner à piscine ou dans le parc. Les espaces communs sont sympathiques et accueillant. L’accueil à la réception expéditif et sans réelle envie d’accueillir les clients. Pas d’explications sur les heures de petits déjeuners ou sur les espaces communs. (Bémol ce jour là un mariage prenait une bonne partie des espaces et on se demandait pourquoi l’endroit n’avait pas été privatisé). Temps maussade mais avec quelques belles éclaircies, on nous dit que la piscine est fermée, avec un peu d’insistance nous avons pu faire ouvrir celle ci pour en profiter. Chambre petite et vieillotte dans une annexe aux escaliers grinçants, basique sans charme. Réveillés deux fois dans la nuit quand l’alarme incendie s’est déclarée sans raison, pas d’explications le lendemain sur le pourquoi du comment. Restaurant cadre sympa, bonne cuisine, serveur un peu pressant pour la commande. Dégustation de vin au chai très bien et excellent accueil de cette jeune femme dynamique.
