Best place to visit away from City crowd, food was excellent. We had issues with internet speed and connectivity. The staff was very helpful. Stayed there for more than 2 weeks for conferences. Manager Mr. Balram was exceptional in listening and resolving our group issues immediately. He also supported with local activities as many of us didn't know local language. Would like to stay again..

The experience at Sinclairs Chalsa was great as always! The rooms were spacious and the sit outs facing the garden was relaxing. The food was truly amazing and under the deft guidance of Ria Kar and her team, the experience was something to cherish for a long time. However, the management and restaurant staff could have been a little more prompt and flexible in their behaviour with the guests. We had to pay a bomb for sandwiches we parcelled where the reception guy had said that it can be done complementary. There was a 80 member astrologer group at the hotel - therefore, all the bandwidth of the F&B was towards handling that group with very little interest towards other guests. There were eating restrictions about non-veg food for us due to the other guests. How is this acceptable? In that case they should not take bookings from any other group when they are having such big parties with restrictions. It’s like you neglect other guests due to your preferred guests. This will help them raise the bar on hospitality to a higher level! All together we will think 100 times before going back there. Thank you, Riya, for the excellent food, though!

Fantastic arrangements and extremely co-operative staffs. The success of the business meet was largely due to the venue. Keep up the good work. Food prepared was good too. The tall standing trees gives a cool feel all over. Nice place to visit.

If you are looking for a standard nice resort to spend some quality time with your friends and family the this is the place. Resort is very beautiful. Room service, cleanliness, food, hospitality, other facilities and services were good. Overall we had a nice experience.

Overall an excellent experience. Two points need mention though which can be improved. The overall decor and finishing of the rooms need improvement in comparison to the room tariff charged. The food quality is not that good and the food is grossly overpriced.

The first impression of the retreat is very good. Very well kept grounds, lots of trees, manicured lawns and flower beds. The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, well furnished and clean. The food is good and so is the service. An ideal place for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
