Stay was pleasant. Property offers good ambience. Best part was wild animals sighting with in property like deers, black lagoons, peacock, wild hen, duck and monkeys. It offers decent amenities like: games area for adult and kids. Play area & park for kids, decent pool and good restaurant. Food was decent and have a good spread. Staffs are courteous. Only part could have improved that they've do not offer complementary water bottles in room & a couple of lights was not working in cottage. Otherwise rooms are cozy and maintained.

The property is very close to the forest and convenient to reach - the last mile road is muddy and bumpy. The property was sprawling and has plenty of room for a large group. Food was basic but well prepared. Rooms and overall upkeep of the place could have been much better. The aging shows and more attention needs to be given from a maintenance perspective.

Location, rooms are excellent. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Food options are limited but overall very good and worth the money.

Food was very good. No WiFi, front desk response was so pathetic. Service lied that it was raining and the WiFi will resume after 30 min , but it was not. Another suggestion from the service desk was to sit outside and use WiFi, which is so ridiculous

Stay was comfortable but maintenance of the property is average. Big property housekeeping is average not upto the mark. Food is ok manageable. Very big property, if they maintained well it can be upgraded to 4star. There are plenty of deers seen inside the property. Roads are good upto @Bandipur... Last 5kms to property is horrible.

Very poorly maintained property, not wort at all. Not even worth 3k/night. Bad dirty bathroom, bad food, mold in bathroom window. Dirty furniture and linen.

Service is very bad. Maintenance is poor. There was also some of our stuff stolen from the property.
