Our stay at the Best Western Hotel in Dalhousie was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a decent place to relax after a long day. While not luxurious, they were well-maintained and met our expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Karnayal Singh, who went above and beyond during meal times. His attentive and professional service made dining a highlight of our visit. The availability of food at the hotel was a big advantage, especially given Dalhousie’s challenging traffic. The last 4 kilometers to the hotel took an exhausting 1.5 hours, so having quality dining options on-site saved us from unnecessary travel. While Dalhousie’s traffic can make reaching the hotel a bit frustrating, the warm hospitality and clean accommodations make Best Western a reliable choice for visitors.

My name is sumit and visite the dalhossie holiday home which is in the best western Hotel. To stay here is amazing and the staaff behaviour and service is so oblised and Impressive.the staff Mr karnail sing, Mr harish and miss sanjana are very loving and caring. They treat with us like his family. The service of house keeping is very Great and the rooms and kitchen is very clean . So I am very glad to visit here.all the services are very Impressive of the hotel

Comfortable view, amazing staff with really good service with special thanks to Karnail Singh. The room had a very lovely view of the mountains, the room was very neat and clean. Some of the tourist spots were in walking distance which was helpful.

Very Good Hotel in Dalhousie nice view and good hospitality very co-operative staff specially Mr.karnail and Mr.Harish f&B department and from front desk Mr.Arun was very helpful we enjoy alot thank you everyone for taking care of us....
