GGuest UserPresidium Sarovar Portico Dalhousie . this hotel really Wow me. Very impressive built on the mountain hills. The room was amazing clean, big and staffs are excellent 5 stars rating. The food was amazing and the staffs of the restaurant treat you like a king and queen, they are so humble to ensure all the guest are well taken care

GGuest UserLovely place, spacious rooms and excellent service. We did not have a 'room with a view', yet the passages are large enough to hang out and enjoy the mountains and the setting sun. The open air restaurant and its wood-fired pizza make the time spent memorable. On one of the days, the towels and napkins were not replaced during room-service, but they did it after we called the reception. A strongly recommended place if you want to spend time at Dalousie.

It was an amazing experience staying in Fortune Park Dalhousie. The staff was very courteous and always ensures to assist with a smile. The property is well maintained and gives a very luxurious feel. The room is cosy and very clean with all amenities which you can get in a 5 star hotel. The deck view is awesome and gives a panoramic view of the entire landscape and lush green mountains 🏔️ filled with deodar trees. Literally you don’t have to go to Switzerland. The food is absolutely delightful and the overall restaurant vibes is excellent . Restaurant’s staff is also courteous and always ensures you are attended as a when required. They have kids play area, swimming pool and many more things like Library hall , evening recreational activities . The hotel is around 3 km from the Mall Road ( main market ) Overall we really liked our stay here and would recommend to families , couples etc.

GGuest UserHotel was good rooms are ok, view from room is nice, rooms are cleans, food i didn't try so can't comment, hotel location is good just at the start of dalhousie and near to bus stand, one can easily access the location like sub-has chowk, gandhi chowk, by walking, overall good hotel for family stay

GGuest UserThis hotel was such a pleasant surprise for us. The property is located in close proximity to the Gandhi Chowk, main tourist hub in Dalhousie, and offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains. We could see great landscape from our bed. It has ample parking space, which I have heard can be a problem with many other hotels in Dalhousie. The hotel staff, right from managers to housekeeping and servers are professional,polite and cooperative. The food served is yummy and portions are good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at an reasonably priced room with great views and close to the market.

GGuest UserThank you the white orchid team for the excellent service. It was great stay and really happy with the service that has been provided to us. I liked the room location of the hotel and the best thing was staff was really good cheerful, really helpful. Room service was really excellent liked the food with very reasonable cost i will highly recommend to everyone.

GGuest UserThe hotel at best is below average and not at all value for money. The best thing was we had booked it only for a day so our trip was saved as our next hotel was amazing.... Regarding this one...You can smell the rusty and oldness of the furniture and entire structure. The property has outlived its life l. We had booked double deluxe room with balcony view but it was sub standard and even the view wasn't good as you get to see people drinking and speaking loudly in nearby properties. The common terrace is used to dry clothes and for drinks during evening which is really bothersome of you are with your family. The washrooms do not have exhaust and there is a drain nearby. Thr only good thing was few of the staff was cooperative and courteous.
