Very friendly staff. Hearty but expensive breakfast. Good bedding with king size bed in the superior rooms. Functional bathroom, modern tiling but low-end linoleum flooring. Separate toilet. Stained carpet in the bedroom and hallways, needs to be replaced. Pool and spa not tested. Free parking.

Tout c'est plutôt bien passé, jusqu'au moment du départ, ou nous avons eu le malheur d'oublier notre trousse de toilette. Nous l'avons bien récupéré cependant elle a été fouillé et ont nous a volé 2 parfums qui se trouvaient dedans. Franchement c'est pas très professionnel.

Plusieurs problèmes rencontrés : 1/ la climatisation dans la chambre ne faisait pas du froid 2/ politique commerciale ubuesque privilégiant ceux qui proviennent de Booking ET qui sont avec un mobile, ils paient moins chers !! Quelle honte ! Les clients qui passent par leur site internet ou réserve en direct paient donc plus chers ! Ces gens qui prennent ce type de décisions sont des irresponsables.

Bruyant : vue imprenable sur la 2x2 voies de Chambéry avec le bruit des camions jusqu’à 2h du matin et une reprise en fanfare dès 5h! Très mauvaise insonorisation ! Chasse-d’eau des WC qui ne fonctionne pas. Décoration datée avec des couleurs d’une autre époque. On est très très loin des standards de l’hôtellerie de standing en France! Oreillers trop mous, pas du tout ergonomiques.
