Nice hotel amd nice management

It was a very bad experience in hotel comfort inn pipalkoti. Service was very poor. Towels were very dirty. See torn office towel. Towel is torn. This they are serving

**Location:** Comfort Inn Pipalkoti is conveniently located on the roadway to Badrinath-Joshimath at Pipalkoti, making it an ideal stopover for pilgrims and travelers. **Rooms:** The rooms are spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind after a long journey. **Cleanliness:** Cleanliness is not up to the mark. The hotel appears to be neglected, a common issue among many Chardham hotels. **Staff:** The staff lacks professionalism. This is somewhat expected as many hotels in the Chardham region are managed in a similar fashion. **Food:** We brought our own food, so we can't comment on the hotel's food offerings.

It is located on the Haridwar-Badrinath route. Many folks prefer to stay here as it's a 4-6 hrs drive to Badrinath. Rooms are decent… I got two double bedrooms with all the needed facilities (geyser, drinking water etc.…) Room service was good too… The only thing which bothers me- is the room was on the 2nd floor and the stairs were too steep and my elderly parents had difficulty, it was not an easy thing to do. Meal- you get many food options within walking distance… The owner was helpful and ready for any kind of help. The weather was pleasant—overall nice stay.
