Nice rooms with a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. Walking distance to the main town of Chamonix for food and shopping. Near to Aguille du midi. Indoor parking available at 20 euros. Nice view of the mountains range.

We had a beautiful stay, check it was amazing and even though we arrived early they were kind enough to store our bags so we could walk around the town while we waited for check in time. The view from the room was beautiful and the amenities were great! The only downside we had was getting 2 beds but we knew beforehand that it was a possibility. Check out was simple and painless and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely rebook here.

Mont Blanc view room is on the highest 7th floor. From there u got wide open view with mountain just in front of u. U can even see the mountain right in the bed. Enjoyed every moment of the stay, from day time, dusk, dawn.. Room super spacious, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was not bad, on par with 4star-level the one I had at another hotel

The view is great, the spa is super, the service is terrible. We booked for two adults and a 9-year-old child, and the room had 2 tiny separate beds. They refused to replace the bed, they seemed to change the room, they charged 30 euros per night extra for a child, explaining the initial absence of this amount in the reservation as a system failure. The restaurant and bar are crowded and only open in the evening. In general, I do not recommend this rural hotel.

The hotel is located 10 minutes' walk from Chamonix Sud bus station and is conveniently located.
This time I stayed in a terrace room. The terrace faced the snow-capped mountains and the scenery was breathtaking.
The staff at the hotel front desk are very friendly and kind.

The hotel was very convenient to all locations in Chamonix. Additionally, the rooms were quite large, very modern - and had been maintained very nicely.
The spa was also a nice benefit... steam room, sauna and hot tub. Overall, we will definitely stay at this location again!!

Great hotel! Conveniently located next to bus stops which take you to Les Houche, Brevent, Le Tour etc. It’s a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants. They have a lovely spa - the sauna and jacuzzi were fab. The pool is great for kids as it has 2 levels - a very shallow end and deep end. They water is also lovely and warm. The room was modern and very clean. I’d definitely stay there again!

The location & rooms were amazing. Problem was with parking & most of staff at reception were not friendly apart from the manager !

It was clean and comfortable with very helpful and friendly staff (a big help if you don't know the area). The spa is delightful and the spa services are professional. Easily walkable to everything but a far enough away to be quieter. Excellent breakfast spread.

It was horrible stay I’ll never go back to this hotel , at approach treatment was very unliked,15 min to 4 pm they said you can’t check in you have to waite 15 min till time comes and next day you (( have to check out before 11 am )) let me check first my friend then threat me for check out, felt my self as refugee 😂 beside the room was full of animals bugs and Miskitos the very strange thing is they wanted me to bring a prof that there is bugs
So I had to catch one and bring it to the resption down to proof that
Then they changed my room to a suit , but the thing is the treatment and cleanness of the place by the way I a regular customer and every time I face a problems with them for the same issue treating the customer sense they were 3 star
Now they’ve been upgraded to 4 star because of the spa
But they are down graded in manners to 0 star I don’t recommend this hotel to any one
Never ever again
