Nice rooms, we got a room with the Mountain View. The room had a peculiar smell of wood but it was acceptable . Swimming pool has a great view overlooking the Alpes. We had a nice relaxing stay and can recommend it.

Pool wasnt warm so wasnt as nice as I had hoped. Would if loved a sauna at the hotel over a jacuzzi, that again wasnt warm. Good breakfast! Definitely worth the extra to get you fuelled for the slopes. I 100% would recommend hiring a car, we managed to venture to other ski slopes and get home when we wanted to rather than having to go vis the bus timetable. The bus stop is on the hotel grounds though so not too bad. Not walking distance to the slopes. The hotel staff were great. Gave some good advise on getting over to Italy for the a day, we had the mont blanc ultimate pass and was totally worth it to visit Italy and the wider slopes. The ski shop gentleman was amazing, super helpful. Well worth the money to stay there.

Great place , friendly staff , delicious food

My experience was good, the rooms are very blue dark , and waiters not organise, the rest was fine. Sitting area was very cosy.

Lovely modern hotel, clean spacious rooms and breakfast was great. Pool and jacuzzi cold. Sauna had been removed from site and gym was pretty pathetic. The staff were friendly and it was a very warm and welcoming hotel. Location was a bit far out from the centre with no restaurants nearby. Buses were about a 10 minute walk and every 20 minutes.

Great hotel and location close to town. Service is limited but adequate for a hotel. Will stay again.

everything was perfect, exceeded expectations by a mile. except our dessert cake, red velvet, was stale which my girlfriend was upset about but over because she loved the place and the other food too much.

The room is big and very clean The facilities are good, including a heated swimming pool, billiards table, and electronic game consoles. There are many people in the restaurant for dinner, and the service is slow, but the taste is good It’s a ten-minute drive to the nearby town of Chamonix mont blanc in the snowy mountains.

Satisfactory hotel however it is not a 4 star (no moisturizer or conditioner in the rooms, …). It lacks a few services to make it a 4 star, including attention to detail. Very nice decor and friendly lobby space suitable for children.
