Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Hotels with Wi-Fi

The location was perfect as it was close to the bus stop. (It was especially convenient because we arrived at Chamonix by bus early in the morning and departed early in the morning.) Also, the Aigi du Midi cable car platform is right in front. In addition to the location, the breakfast was delicious, all the staff were friendly and the service was good. This is a hotel that offers reasonable prices and services. Thanks to you, I leave Chamonix with pleasant memories.

We spent a week in February for ski holiday and our stay at the hotel was top expereince! We travel a lot for work and stayed in many hotels, but nothing like this. Hotel has traditional French charm and is conveniently located in the very city center on the pedestrian street, the bus station for ski buses is located just at the back of the hotel. Room was renovated and modern, very clean and with amazing view to Mont Blanc. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. But the most important advantage of the hotel - owners and staff are extremely hospitable and joyful and we felt like real guests, not just as customers. All this made our stay unforgettable, so no doubt at our next visit we will stay again there.

We had the BEST experience here!!! The help who works here are so lovely! Mohammed actually gave us a ride when we didn't realize the bus schedule had changed getting back into Italy. He even helped check us into our new hotel because we don't speak Italian! He has amazing language skills! Agustina was right in front of us on the bus and heard us trying to figure out where to get off. She offered to help us and walked us right up to the hotel. She was our server at the restaurant and gave us suggestions for a hike. She is so personable and we just really enjoyed her! Those are the memories that stay with you on a new adventure!!!

We stayed at Heliopic at the beginning and end of our 7-day TMB backpacking trip, and we loved it! Although not the most central location, it was an easy 10-20 min walk to all the main food and shopping areas and located right next to the cable cars for L'Aiguille du Midi. It's also located next to the road, which made it very easy for Mountain Drop-Offs to drop us off and pick us up for the Geneva Airport. The hotel and rooms were clean with contemporary-chalet decor. The lobby has a large lounge/bar area, free coffee and water (still and sparkling), arcade machines, sitting area to listen to tunes, and a children's play area.The Nuxe Spa was a god-send after 7 days of backpacking--be sure to schedule your massage in advance! And Akashon, the restaurant, was delicious and set the bar high for the rest of our trip. The staff were also so responsive and helpful both by email and in person. We left our luggage at the front desk while we backpacked for 7 days, and they locked it in a back room so it was safe and secure. I should start by saying it is hard to get a 5 from me for a hotel. My group of 4 was very happy with the Alpina. For starters, it's right next to two bus stops, one of which is only 2 stops from Brevent. There is also a ski shop in the hotel, and ski lockers downstairs. As this was primarily a ski trip, this set up was prime. The rooms were great and the view of Mont Blanc from the terrace was amazing each morning. The morning breakfast situation was pretty fantastic as well. So many options, including fresh pancakes, omelets, and crepes. The bar downstairs had fantastic service and had a bunch of boardgames to play with our friends. Some of of best memories from this trip were down in this area playing games and drinking espresso martinis. I only have a few negatives: 1. The elevators always seem to take forever. There were multiple times I was waiting for one of the 3 elevators for over 5 minutes. 2. The spa requires reservations, which I completely understand to make sure it's not over crowded. But we had to plan our ski day and apres schedule around when we can go sit in the hot tub. 3. This was made a bit worse when we discovered the hot tubs are not hot. At all. Typically we enjoy hot tubs around 35-43ºc. These two hot tubs were maybe 25ºc. Once the jets turned on, it was almost chilly. These are very minor complaints, but these are why I didn't give a 5.

Everything was good except the fact that has poor ventilation. No fan or A/c so feels quite sticky inside. However, staff, location and services really good. Requested to change room due to the noise from train and the manager was very helpful and lovely to assist. Would love to stay again but in winter

We chose to stay here due to its location to the Chamonix town centre. After a long drive from Avignon, we arrived late afternoon. Unfortunately all hotel parking was full, however a public car park was a short 2-3 minute walk away & reasonably priced for 24 hour parking. Check in was quick and easy, hotel staff were very friendly. We had a room on the top floor (8th access via stairs from the 7th floor) with an amazing view of the mountains. Our room had everything we needed for the three nights we stayed. The daily breakfast was delicious. The staff were very accommodating if we needed anything. Location is key in an area like this and it couldn’t have been better. Easy 2 minute walk into the centre of town. We didn’t ski while we were here, but did do some amazing hikes in the area. The day after one hike we booked in for an hour massage and used the spa/sauna facilities. The massage was very relaxing and again the staff were great. Unfortunately Chamonix was experiencing unusually high winds during our stay and all major tourist attractions were closed. The tourism office was a great help giving ideas on what else to do, seeing everything was closed. This was unfortunate, but the area is so beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Another great stay. Rooms are basic, staff are friendly, breakfast is excellent, location couldnt be better. Top tip, use the free ski bus passes the hotel give you to use the train for free rather than the ski bus. The train is far more comfortable, less busy, and quicker. The train leaves chamonix Station, which is a straight and flat 350m walk from the hotel at 0828, 0928 and 1028, continuing on the hour. For Le Tour get off at Vallorcine and take the gondola up the mountain, 2 min walk. The train returns from here at 10 past the hour. For Argentiere it's a 400m easy walk to the grand montets lift from the station. For flegere and brevent get off at la praz, it's 150m from the station to the flegere lift. We've been to chamonix many times but never used the train, it's massively improved our trip. Game changer.

This is a small boutique hotel that offers spectacular views of the alps. The service is impeccable. Many thanks to the whole staff for their many kindnesses. Marieke the concierge is the best: no request goes unanswered. The balcony rooms offer unparalleled views of the Alps and are quite spacious.. The bar staff are great. Many thanks Rasheen for your excellent and genial service. BUT: There is a road just behind the hotel with very busy traffic. We live in a city but we still found it disturbing. You must leave the balcony doors open in the summer; otherwise, you'd be sweltering, and you will hear traffic all night. On our last night, a Saturday, a dozen or so young people sat on a wall between the hotel and street drinking and carousing until 3am. Barking dogs. We hardly slept the whole time we were there. The worst is that the place is overrun with babies and children under 5. This is a small 5 star boutique hotel . it should be billed as a family venue. We tried to spend time in the lovely garden area, the only public space in the summer, and were constantly beset by crying babies and children running around. If you are looking for a relaxing venue in nature, this, alas, is not it. Breakfast offers no table service and the buffet is often quite crowded and out of things. The food is subpar. Any decent 5 star hotel has a good club sandwich but not this one. The croque monsieur was meh.The terrine barely edible: a freezing cold mass of fat. Ugh. Poor wine menu. It could be a great place, and was when we were there 15 years ago, but now, not. If you have babies and small children, you'll be welcome.
