The hygiene is so bad, I suggest you not come here.

Horrible experience I have ever had . Minus 5 stars . Door keycards don’t work. No one in reception don’t know how to fix it and ask us to stay in our room till weekend is over !!! Bugs bitting us overnight. You can’t even check in 1 minute earlier than 3 pm !!! . No ice maker , no public restroom. Room 318 sep 14th . They need to shut down this place.

Smelled bad over all, It was for a college visit, decent location, No reception, reception is just a window, There was a kitchen, Fridege and Micro wave, but no utensils. We requested an early check-in but they wanted to charge $50 for a 45 mins early check in. They finally allowed me to check in without extra. This won't me first choice if I go to Champaign again.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Reeks of smoke in hallways and rooms. No hot water no matter the time of day, which has been normalized there. Every negative review is correct, do not stay here. I feel awful for the folks who live here long term, because the hotel owners must think they don’t deserve better.

Booked a suite based upon the picture and description but was just 2 queens.
Managers definition of a suite was different than mine, (being the beds separated from another part of the room) and would not refund the difference between a suite and non suite.
Had some noise issues with room above have had rooms where the walls were thin, but this was more floor to floor.
Youll need to ask for a hair dryer, our room didnt have it.
TV was tiny.
Good refrigerator and shower.
