The room I got was tiny compared to friends next door. No table or chair. Paid the same price. Did not get late check out, my friends did. This was supposed to be a spa hotel, but there was no body lotion, no bathropes or slippers included in the price. Also the half board 4 course dinner menu was tasteless. No heating for the skiboots, we were advised to store our boots in a rental shop for 18 e extra cost. Rooms heating did not really work. To sum up, place that looks nice but does not take the effort to make the difference. Unequal service. Lack of the essentials should be told in internet pages of the hotel in advance for proper packing.

Nice ski resort. Slopes in excellent condition. No queues for the ski lifts. Average rating for the hotel. Friendly staff, food & room ok. Unpleasant surprise when leaving. Check out already at 10 am. Possibility for "late check out" for 30 euros, but was not available.

Typical Alpine hotel well located and with excellent views...Varied and good breakfast...Unfortunately the bed and mattresses are really not adequate...Prices correctly from a 3-star hotel in line with the real characteristics of the structure

Upon arrival on a Friday morning, there was a shocking stench of vomit that plagued all the common areas until late afternoon. Fridge bar off and empty, unwatchable TV, continuous signal interruptions, no telephone in the room and to contact the reception you have to use your cell phone, Dead fly found in the tub, shower in the morning suddenly interrupted both hot and cold and then restarted with a shameful trickle , room and towels left as they were the day before (horrifying if I hadn't complained I would have also had to make my bed and I also had to wait from 3pm to 5pm), sofa bed worse than a camping bed. It's raining in the bathroom. I had to get up to put a towel on so as not to hear the continuous dripping. Terrible breakfast service, they took away the coaster while I was drinking tea, as well as hitting all the dishes, disturbing the peace of waking up, and it was only 9am: 20, There isn't even a toaster... Brioches aside from all mediocre commercial stuff. When we stayed more than 10/12 years ago it was 4 stars, another planet, today it deserves 3 stars only because the renovation 20 years ago had been expertly executed and you can still enjoy the beauty and accuracy of the materials, everything else is a poor 3 stars

We slept at the Breithorn before our long hike in the mountains. The hall decorated in typical Alpine style is very nice. Even the room furnished in the same very warm way while the bathroom still needs to be renovated gave an old image. Decent breakfast the next morning - we didn't use the spa. The Hotel is located in the center of the town and is not noisy.

I stayed in this hotel in July for three nights. very nice structure, completely made of wood, with walls painted with plants and flowers, even inside the elevator! fairly large room, large bathroom, suitable for people with motor disabilities. only flaw: a very small TV for the room, which did not allow for ideal viewing! Breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory. There is an outdoor space with chairs, deckchairs and umbrellas for sunbathing and relaxing.......but not wheelchair accessible.

Excellent location, typical mountain rooms with all comforts, attentive and very kind staff, formal but very welcoming. Abundant and varied breakfast with attentive service. We are traveling with a medium-sized dog and I can confirm that they are really welcome here!

Just returned from a short break with three friends in this lovely hotel in a great little resort. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel. Couldn’t fault the resort of Champoluc either - quiet, friendly and unspoiled. Great skiing too even though late in the season.

Champoluc turned out to be the quietest ski resort I've been to, but the hotel is very traditional in style with charming public areas and rooms. We had one standard room and one superior and it was worth the money for the extra space and a bath. Breakfast was good. The last day left a sour taste in the mouth when I requested a late check out and was told I would have to pay despite already having spent over 2000 Euros on rooms (it's not cheap!). The manager took an aggressive position saying not to pay is like expecting to be given a free bag of salt at a supermarket!. He seemed keen on an argument which seemed very wrong in a hospitality environment. Fortunately the rest of the team were much more hospitable.
