On the day of my reservation, I dialed to confirm that they were going to receive us with a pet and Miss Jennifer confirmed it. later and after a trip of almost 6 hours when we arrived at the establishment they did not allow us access, not only that they did not give us options since they had made the mistake when confirming us, we had to return by car exposing ourselves because we arrived after 1 am to our city of origin, they did not give us options to enter their facilities.
In addition to that, we had already paid 100% of the stay, they did not give us the option of a refund and they blamed the website.

Mit einer Gruppe auf Durchreise ein ganz angenehmer Stop. Zimmer sind ausreichend groẞ, Klimaanlage funktioniert. Nur Steckdosen gibt es keine. Sehr großer Renovierungsstau, trotzdem noch ein gewisser Charme. Kaum Gäste im Hotel, daher angenehm ruhig. Schöne Lage am Strand. Dieser ist jedoch wegen der aufdringlichen Insekten kaum nutzbar. Guter sauberer Pool. Restaurant ist sehr ungemütlich, super heiß und schmutzig. Das Essen jedoch ganz OK und günstig. Personal auch sehr bemüht. Alles in allem gerade noch empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel Tucán Siho-Playa ist ein wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Hotel am Golf von Mexico. Benannt ist es wohl nach dem Vogel Tukan, welcher sich im Hotellogo findet und auch nach dem bekannten Strandabschnitt Siho Playa. Die nächste größere Stadt ist das sehr touristisch erschlossene Campeche, welches auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert ist. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr großzügig, verfügt über einen Spielraum, Pool, eigenen Strand, mehrere Bootsstege. Die Zimmer sind in verschiedenen Klassen erhältlich. Unsere, dem Meer und Strand zugewandten Räume waren großzügig ausgestattet. Hand, Dusch und Badetücher, diverse Beauty, Pflege und Hygieneartikel waren ebenso vorhanden wie ausreichend!!! Kleiderbügel und ein Safe. Das WLAN war ausreichend schnell und stabil.

Hace 6 años encontramos este hotel por casualidad en nuestro paso a Cancun y la pasamos tan bien que decidimos regresar a pasar nuestra vacaciones de navidad aquí. Ahora que tuvimos oportunidad de recorrer y conocer más de Champoton, Seybaplaya y Campeche, puedo decir con toda seguridad que este hotel tiene la mejor playa de la zona. Es una playa privada, super tranquila, con arena blanca y una vista increíble. El hotel es hermoso y aunque ya le hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, estas son muy amplias, cómodas y super limpias. La comida del restaurante es muy buena y a precios justos así que ahí desayunabamos todos los días antes de salir a explotar la zona. El WiFi funciona muy bien, la alberca es grande y con una vista impresionante. Además te prestan kayaks sin costo social y eso se agradece mucho El personal es super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir en casa

Cadre sublime , personnels très accueillant , souriant . Un véritable écrin :) Mais des chambres qui commencent à accuser le coup de l’âge ! Climatisation hors d’âge … douche vieillotte. Le wifi n’est pas dispo dans les chambres . Nous ne sommes pas des voyageurs exigeants mais à plus de 90euros la nuit il y a un minimum… Malgré tout sans regret d’y être passer juste pour avoir un cadre de carte postale et une super piscine

Stayed here for 2 nights, what a great hotel! Not sure what kinds of rooms there are but we had one on the second floor with an ocean view! Pool was nice as well and the beach was small, but not crowded. There is a restaurant which is okay for dinner. Food is good but the waiter didn’t speak much English and had to come back to our table several times before putting in the order. He was very friendly though. The hotel could do with some minor improvements. The lighting in the bathroom was very weak and there was a broken socket under our beds which looked dangerous. Other than that a nice hotel which I’d definitely recommend!

Fuimos por recomendación y nos encantó, el day pass esta en 400 pesos que realmente es muy barato ya que además 200 es para consumo de alimentos y bebidas. La playa esta pequeña pero esta tranquila, y no esta hondo perfecto para los que no saben nadar o para que los niños jueguen sin problema. La comida también muy rica, el ceviche super deli e incluso la hamburguesa estaba buena la carne no era congelada ni nada.
