I booked this hotel through Fab Hotels App with full payment in advance. When I reached the hotel, I was denied check in saying that they don't take/honor prepaid booking via Fab Hotels and all rooms are already occupied. When I called Fab Hotels customer care, they asked me to go another Fab Hotel nearby which I did not opt and asked them to cancel the booking. Meanwhile hotel person told that rooms are available for direct booking and because of carrying the luggage to somewhere else, I opted a direct booking with hotel. Overall worst experience with this hotel, first totally lying that hotel is fully occupied and later offered room with direct payment, no professionalism, totally cheaters!! On top of that Fab Hotels chain is not reliable when they cannot manage their contracted hotels, what is the use of fully paid confirm reservation, when at the last moment, check in was denied, I will never go for this particular hotel and any hotel attached with Fab Hotels Chain.
