I have stayed in this hotel from 16th april to 17th ***** with my family. They allotted me a room and the room were stinking, soon i started breathing issues and congestion and i ran to central hall near reception for fresh air. We were four people and had two rooms. On request they offered another room which was having massive leakage. Again they offered us another room. This rooms seems to be ok, by this sifting and room selection we had lost nearly two hours. Soon we left for city travel anticipating the ac will remove stinking and bad smell. Upon reaching to room nearly 10 pm one room was again stinking. By the time we were tired up and upon bringing to their notice they said that we will offer another room. We requested for two mattresses and slept in one room. This i reported to customer care team and all this conversation might have been on record. I feel sorry to state that even no one called us to enquirer how our stay was there. My son now have coughing issue with all these fungal laden wall n room furniture. I even saw crawling insects in wash room and fungal infested curtains. It was horrible stay and would request to travellers to really check this hotel before checking in. We could not sleep in night as by all this process it was 12 o clock and we had to leave early in the morning. The staff is lazy, no one respond and even for room sanitation and freeness we had to wait for 30 min and finally we have up. The breakfast is so so and common items are on display. Now i under stand why there was so much message for adv payment. Though it was done in advance to three days. There is a big question why my one room charge should not be refunded. Now i pledge i will and all my frieda will avoid this hotel in future. Staff is lazy, passing the time and covering all their issue. No one cares there. Go on your mercy. When we started checking out they started telling sorry. It’s purely negligence from management or sr people in administration.
