The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms and washrooms are worst and unhygienic. Wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

The hotel booked is not fulfilling basic requirements, no remote for ac and no tea, coffee, hot water kettle in room, for late night or early morning study needs. I thought. Poor service

Rooms are not as seen in pictures. No towel, water, soap etc provided. No clean blanket was available. Do not stay in this hotel. Not worth the charges.

1. Room were not clean. 2. Wifi wasn't working 3. Couldn't even provide heater. 4. Lot of neusance in the premises. People were fighting drink in the lobby.
