Staying at Hotel City Plaza Sector 7 Chandigarh was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were dirty Loud noises from staff and other guests made it impossible to sleep. The atmosphere was chaotic and felt unsafe. It is not suitable or safe for any traveler, whether foreign or domestic, solo or with family.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly. There is no phone to contact reception. There was a power cut in the room for at least an hour.

Rooms were dirty, cigarette smell all over the room, insects in washroom, manager was very rude. We cancel-led the booking still they did not provided the refund.
