I was traveling to manali and took one night stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is a bit inside but hotel provides pick arrangements if the customer asks. Otherwise, quite cooperative staff, everything super clean and value for money.

Very basic hotel with damp wall, and old and decrepit bed sheet and comforter overlay fabric. Towel was good and clean. Room was average clean and so do the bedroom. Reception didn't ask for any extra payment, which is typical to all the Oyo booking in this world. They were Oyo sometimes ago( as informed by reception) but now they are treebo. The location is just average in a local community.

Indeed a good stay with this hotel. Rooms were very clean and good in size. View was amazing. Loved the ambience of hotel. Food was amazing. Their room service was good . I found reasonable prices with this hotel.

My stay was very relaxing..What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure had an enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist with any queries and provided helpful local recommendations.

Location itself in worst, it is surrounded by slum, i didn't stay over there. booked a new hotel.

The accomodation was not well even leaving the good part, the sheets were not clean, the pillow covers were not washed properly, the room service didn't respond most of the calls, won't recommend to anybody.
