The room they showed is really pathetic but they asked extra payment for room upgrades. And after extra payment the room they provide is really good and located in market that is a plus point. Always go for their newly revocated rooms they are pretty nice.

We had a great stay here for a week. The staff were great. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding fresh. The bathroom was ok. No hot water in the evenings but staff provided us with a bucket of hot water each night. The food here was amazing and we had room service every morning and evening. Ac was not working but not needed Wi-Fi was good and location was great. We would definitely recommend

Nice location and pleasant stay at kailash palace. The staff was cooperative and services rendered where good. The room as shown in pics was same compare to the room given. Some issues because of (birds/rats sound running in trunking above) throught night/day caused inconvienience in sleeping. Same was conveyed to the staff, may be rectified in near future. Food was also pleasant and nice and kitchen staff catered for requirements. Overall a good stay at kailash palace
