I did prepaid for hotel before check-in and let me check me with no problem. However I found my card is being charged for the room afterwards with no reason. It’s unbelievable. I am now challenging hotel why this happens. Really disappointed as this creates many jobs for me.

Excellent facility and location but it would have been very nice to have telephone in the rooms to be able to make requests. The bathroom/shower room (for the club room as in my case) needs to have shower curtains or door to prevent the water coming out when taking your shower. Apart from that, excellent facilities and AMAZING Breakfast and dinner.

Only worth it if you’re going to use the decent gym (you have to pay extra for), but the sacrifice is being woken in the early hours by music and people throwing weights around underneath you which travels up the whole building. Sound insulation is so poor here and not worth the expensive rate. Avoid the second and theirs floors. Go elsewhere.
