Avadale Tadoba - Stag Groups Not Allowed

The resort was really good. The rooms were very clean and neatly arranged. The food provided in the restaurant was very tasty. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially Mario, he was a always there to help us. Will definitely visit this property again.

Pros : a. 100 mts from Moharli gate (Core Zone), clean linens b. Most affordable Resort/hotel stay in the area apart from home stays. c. Lot of open area for kids to play, a dedicated game zone. d. Staff's nature was very polite. e. They have water purifier outside your rooms from where you may refill at your convenience. f. Food taste was also good, not too spicy or oily. Cons: a. No al-a-cart option , you have to take up the entire buffet, though reasonable but once we had food and they were unable to refill the buffet after the food got consumed, the refill time taken was very high. b. No slides or swings for children. Bathrooms had wrong slopes resulting water stagnation and smell, though they offered to change room. c. The staff, though politely but kept fooling us for the wifi, and did not give us wifi the second day, I fail to understand that in the days of such cheap internet that too unlimited, why do such con. d. They did the house keeping and left the garbage bag right beside a table out side our rooms and it was there till we left. It was unhygienic and bad to see. e. They gave us picnic baskets for safari, with fried and boiled eggs to eat, poha and sandwich, but gave no salt pepper and spoons , which made it awkward for us in the middle of the jungle. This is not about this hotel but about this entire area, I could find only 1 restaurant serving Al-a - cart menu and we had food from there on other days. This area is not as developed as the core gate areas of Kanha and Bandhavgarh or even Pench. These few hotels have monopoly there. OK for one time visit especially if you are on a budget tour.. But don't expect Luxury in Avadale Tadoba.

Only advantage is it’s near to safari gate food is not good rooms are ok but can be better even there is lot of scope for improving on over all ambience. Immediate attention required in food and serving area. We experienced power problems there generator was not working properly. Staff is helpful but with limited resources they are tied up.

Great stay, location and very countryside. We stayed at the Avadale Tadoba during our visit to Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. The ambience gives you countryside vibes and reminds you of the good old days when we used to stay in our native places. The resort is compact with around 15-16 cottages each designed to give you complete privacy. It is very serene and helps you establish direct rapport with nature. They also arrange a pick up and drop to the Safari gate at a nominal cost. The manager is very courteous and ready to provide all possible assistance at any time of the day. He also arranged for a vehicle for our drop to Pench at very reasonable rates, contrary to the normal perception that vehicles provided or arranged by hotels are costlier than usual. The food was also good, though the spread was not that elaborate. However the best part of the food was that it was easy on the digestive system. The breakfast spread was more elaborate. Their restaurant is good enough to accommodate all residents. The service was prompt and all our concerns were promptly and properly attended to. If anyone desires to have an experience that carries one out from the hustle bustle of the city life, then this is the ideal place to be. For me it was the next best part after a fortunate tiger sighting at the mighty Tadoba

Best place to stay - clean and hygeine rooms , homemade super delicious food, well trained staff - cooperative and courteous. We enjoyed a peaceful stay with our family, services provided were very prompt and up to the mark. Even if the Safari fails, the service of the staff doesn't.

Excellent option to stay near the Moharli zone gate. The gate is hardly 6-7 minutes' walk from the resort. Manager Mr. Abhijit is very helpful. Last, but not the least, the food is delicious and homely. One of the best properties to stay near the core area.

Stayed at Avadale Tadoba for 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The ambience of the resort with a very friendly and ever helpful staff was the highlight. The superior double room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the sofa cum bed was very useful for the kid. The bathroom/toilet was clean and entire property is pretty well maintained. Special thanks to Sohail, Abhijeet, Photi, Rahul in the kitchen and the other staff too for making our stay comfortable. The food was ok, however the staff helped us with available options too. A few suggestions that could be considered: 1. A better dish TV connection for wider audience. 2. Unlimited wifi ( Routers are recharged for 1GB/day) 3. Better variety of buffet spread. It's generally repeated in two days. Timings should also be maintained. Sometimes there's a delay for refill of puri, dosa etc Overall a very nice experience!

We had very nice stay in Avadale tadoba...rooms where clean and specious.Resort is very near to moharli gate.food quality was also good..staff is helpful. You can take small walk in surrounding area.need improvement in washroom cleanliness.

We stayed at Avadale for our visit to Tadoba in the month of May 2024. USP of this hotel is its proximity to Moharli core gate. Other buffer zone gate like Dewada is also at short driving distance. Both are equally good for tiger sighting. We booked a Superior room which was spacious and clean. Food was delicious. Hotel staff was customer friendly and always willing to help
