I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 on the 27th. I originally wanted to store my luggage at the hotel. The hotel front desk told me that I could charge 88 yuan to get a membership card. The membership card can upgrade the room type for free and does not charge for early check-in. My main demand was to upgrade the room type, so I spent 88 yuan to recharge the membership, but later I found that I already had the right to upgrade for free on Ctrip. After communicating with the hotel, the hotel said that the 88 yuan was for early check-in, and the room type upgrade was also based on Ctrip's rights and not the rights of the membership card. The hotel's words were inconsistent and harmed the interests of guests. I do not recommend staying.
