酒店沒有機器人服務卻寫着有機器人服務，我們出去後，打擾阿姨把取電拔了拿走了，半夜回來沒有電讓前台給送，前台就説衹有自己值班，推三阻四，最後讓保安上來送的，服務態度一直都不好，房間也不乾淨，連鎖酒店不應該這樣吧
