Очень хорошая гостиница для курорта. Находится далеко от центра. Проживать в ней стоит если вы собираетесь посещать горячие источники и баню в отеле, у нас все это входило в стоимость за номер. Просто для проживания она не сильно подходит, дальнее расположение, необходимо переобуваться каждый раз заходя и выходя с отеля и в самом отеле очень жарко, чтобы переходя по отелю было комфортно в пижамах которые тоже выдают. Завтраки шикарные. Единственное необходимо улучшить сервис на регистрации, объяснений как использовать ту или иную услугу не было. Приходилось ходить по многу раз и задавать вопросы. Спасибо 小张 которая говорила на трех языках и смогла нам очень помочь! Уборка за три дня тоже отсутствовала в номере, наверное необходимо было оставлять для этого заявку. Но все это мелочи, отель стоит своих денег. В нем можно отдохнуть телом и душой. Уезжать из него совсем не хотелось! Планируем вернуться и попробовать массаж и другие услуги!

洗浴：他家洗浴確實不錯 地方大 項目多 酒店是真不行 差的太多了
成人温泉門票:沒進去 忘帶衣服了 去一定要帶泳衣
酒店設施：一般般 晚上9點半到的有可能是尾房 洗浴頭是堵的出水慢 下水管也堵了下水慢房間裏兩個除濕器還是空氣凈化器來着沒有插（前面的都是小問題） 空調無冷氣 開到16℃室温從27到了30 室內無礦泉水（凌晨2點醒了找了一圈連瓶水都沒有）客房服務鈴是壞的 內線電話上面沒有提示啊 我一剛來旅行的哪裡知道內線號啊
環境：隔音基本沒有 晚上兩點旁邊有人説話我躺床上都能聽清了
服務：整體服務晚上一般（有可能是來的太晚了）白天還行
改進一下啊 先把呼叫鈴修一修 內線號打出來直接貼旁邊 在弄個小提示牌放桌子上 菜單服務單放抽屜裏 有什麼服務項目直接到屋裡點了 （剛來你家的真不知道啊 有個提示牌子剛過去不好奇 好奇了一看那不就有機會嗎） 然後你這銷量不就上去了 這整的什麼都不知道 第二天才知道了 （我都不想住了知不知道有啥用）

超級差.1.二樓服務人員少 衞生很差錢很亂.2.為了安靜定了間房衞生環境都相當差.3.五樓房間水都沒有 按服務打電話都沒人響應.4.房間一股味道.洗手間牆內水流響了一晚.5.最可氣的晚上三點多點竟然有其他客人開門進來.人都嚇得驚醒了.説什麼酒店定重複了.整晚都沒睡好. 真是沒想到實在是太差差差差了.
