説特惠房沒有熱水，我定的舒適房，結果也是沒熱水。和老闆説了一下，也就是簡單客氣客氣，也沒個説法。條件很一般，床頭沒開過，關燈得去房間門口，屋子裡一股味，衞生間也是。沒有水，沒備品，傢俱都要散架了，空調震耳欲聾。就這還要去也別定，去前台能講價，制定比這便宜。

房間還不錯，挺大。前台人員服務態度好，還主動升級了好房間，價格便宜，地理位置也很不錯，比較滿意德一次

環境：酒店比較老，所以環境不是很好，有異味，那種抽煙侵到房間每一個角落的味道
