房子挺好，就是沒住過，有點不適應。

房東大哥人很好，有積極的解決問題。但是房間真的不太好，滿牆的劃痕臟印，馬桶不牢固，沙發後面的牆還粘着乾癟褪色的氣球，二樓床旁邊有一個佈滿灰塵的小櫥隔，全屋都是臟臟的舊舊的，衞生死角特別多，隔音也不太好，建議可以重新裝修一下。

房間乾淨，整潔衞生。交通很方便，就在1號線的起始站，一開始找的時候覺得很麻煩，到了地方發現是自己走錯方向了，好在房東很及時引導，再來長春還會選這裏的。
