I booked a double room with a window, but the five-person room I was assigned didn't have a window. I was so tired when I got there that I didn't pay attention. The room card didn't work. The password I guessed was lost. The toilet seat fell off. There was dirt on the bed and pillow. There was no socket near the mahjong machine. The mouse pad was not smooth enough and was very stuck. It was difficult to get on the bunk.
