It was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you 我住在这家酒店是为了庆祝我的结婚周年纪念日，我只能说哇。我在这里度过了多么美妙的一段时光。如果有人要去这家酒店，我建议你到前台找索菲。她知道顾客喜欢什么，可以让你的住宿费物有所值。酒店和房间都很干净，所有的工作人员都很友善，乐于助人。我第一次感觉到在长春住酒店的感觉。令人惊叹的住宿。我喜欢称赞管理层的出色工作，但有一件事我不喜欢，那就是餐厅的员工们非常不成熟，在那里的高级餐厅里互相挠痒痒看起来有点不专业。非常感谢。

This time I stayed at Changchun Oriental Yuehua Hotel. The overall experience was good. The room was spacious and bright, the layout was reasonable, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. Front desk staff: Sun Junping. The hotel is in a good location at the centre of Changchun. It has a decent fitness center. The room is clean and the bed is great. However, the room is small and designed on a way that you can't open up a suitcase on the floor. Could be too small for two persons but alone it's fine.

I arrived at the hotel at 12 noon. Although it was not the check-in time, the front desk lady was very nice and checked me in and upgraded the room. Thank you very much! The hotel restaurant is very convenient. You can scan the code to place an order and it will be delivered directly to the room. The price is affordable and the portion is large. I am very satisfied with the overall service and will stay here again next time I come to Changchun.

This hotel was recommended by a colleague on a business trip. The staying experience was very good. There are abundant facilities around the hotel. There are many Internet celebrity check-in spots nearby, including Changchun Film Studio, Internet celebrity bus No. 54, and Internet celebrity shopping mall ”Zheyoushan”. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun. The room is very comfortable. I also enjoyed the mini bar on the first day. The drinks in it were very nice, the bedding was very comfortable, and the breakfast was very rich. When issuing the ticket, the guest manager, Manager Zang, was very patient and helped me solve the big problem. Overall, the hotel provides guests with a comfortable and convenient accommodation environment, which is worth recommending.

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!
