However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.

The hotel has its own ground parking lot, which is very friendly to guests who drive in Changchun city where parking spaces are tight. GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

AAoliweiyayayaThanks to Jinsuo for upgrading our room. The room was very clean and hygienic. The only regret was that there was no humidifier in the room and it was a bit dry when we slept. Luggage storage when leaving: Mavericks' service was very good and patient, and they even gave us water.
The overall experience is very good. I will choose this hotel next time. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station, and there is a small forest across the road from the door🍺 where you can play in the snow.

1. It is just opposite the Changchun Railway Station, and there is a subway at the door, which is very convenient to go to the scenic spots.
2. The predecessor of this hotel was the Yamato Hotel built by the Japanese in 1909, which has a sense of age. It preserves a lot of historical memories.
3. The hotel has its own door and yard, and it is convenient to park by car. The room layout is also relatively reasonable, the washroom is large, and the dry and wet are separated.
4. The most important thing is the attentive, careful and warm service. The hotel is now managed by a state-owned unit, and the work is well carried out. It can be seen that there is professional training. The staff is also very enthusiastic. Snacks, lotus seed soup, etc. are also sent. In short, the cost performance is super high.

FFara.pocaThere are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve.
1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected
2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there
3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway
4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices.
We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

This hotel caters mainly for guests to the auto & technological park as the name of the area suggests.
Public bus route #30 stops by the main road next to the hotel, a five mins walk. The bus starts from the depot Changchun West a High Speed Rail or Gao-tie station. It is linked to line metro #2 .
Mini-bar is not cold & temp cannot be lowered.
The promotional Italian buffet dinner was a bad choice. Beef and prawns are tough. The spaghetti unappetising.
Hotel does not provide razor blade though there is tooth brush.

NNasih AliI stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you
