The room was very comfortable. The autumn chill was not felt in the room at all. It was very warm. The attitude of the front desk and the waiter was very good and the service was very thoughtful. The breakfast and dinner were very good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

Health: The newly opened hotel is very clean Environment: The service is good, the front desk responds quickly, and I feel safe when going out Facilities: The high floors are really quiet and the sound insulation is really good. It’s a very comfortable hotel to stay in.

The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

The best thing about it is the location- right outside the Changchun railway station. I arrived from Jilin City via high speed train. Took the south exit and the hotel is right there across street from the south exit. The breakfast is included and offers a great variety of choices, both Chinese and Western styles. I only stayed for one night and didn’t check out the gym and other amenities but overall it was well worth it.

It is exactly the same as described. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Changchun. It has the best environment and good facilities among hotels of the same price. It is clean and hygienic. I also brought a box of bread made by the hotel for my child when I left. The room is big and bright. My parents and children are very satisfied. This May Day was very good. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and had a good attitude. In short, I will come again next time after coming once.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! Since we visit Changchun annually to see relatives, we usually stay at a nearby hotel. However, this time, due to renovations at our usual hotel, we decided to try the Friendship Hotel. Upon checking in and arriving at our room, we were greeted with a platter of fruit, water, and drinks—a thoughtful touch! The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided at the entrance, and the attention to detail and genuine care from the hotel staff were evident everywhere. The hotel's design was innovative, stylish, and elegant, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also particularly rich and of high quality. We noticed that many of the guests were international professors and students from Northeast Normal University nearby. During check-out, the hotel staff even prepared some snacks for us, showcasing their attentive and meticulous service, which left a deep impression on us. This hotel offers excellent value for money and rivals some international five-star hotels. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Changchun! Many thanks to the hotel staff! 入住这家酒店然后我们非常惊喜！我们因为每年都会来长春探望亲戚，习惯入住附近的一家酒店，这次因为那家酒店在装修因此就找了友谊酒店入住。check in之后到了房间，看到一盘水果及水、饮料等，感觉好贴心！ 房间非常舒适整洁宽敞，门口准备了浴袍和拖鞋等用品，房间处处都能感觉到Hotel人员的用心和真诚。而且Hotel的设计风格非常新颖别致时尚大气，让我们休息得很舒服。 早餐也特别丰盛有品质。观察到这里的住客多是参加附近东北师范大学的各国教授和留学生，有不少国际友人。 check out的时候，hotel的工作人员还准备了小点心给我们，服务非常周到细致，给我们留下了深刻的印象。 这是一家性价比极高的Hotel，绝对不亚于一些国际的五星级酒店，非常推荐，是我们以后再来长春的不二首选！非常感谢酒店人员！

The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the bed is very comfortable, and after a good sleep, all the fatigue is gone. It is very close to Hongqi Street and Vientiane City. By the way, Xiaoshuang is very enthusiastic and helped to upgrade the room type.

The room facilities can't be said to be old, they should be considered broken. I thought there was a drawer under the wash basin, but it fell off when I touched it. It turned out to be a wooden board put up with two nails. It almost hit me. The sewer in the room smelled bad, and there was also a smell of paint or something. The stench woke me up at around 2 a.m. The soundproofing was very, very bad. I could hear the neighbors talking, coughing, and going to the toilet clearly. The big brother next door was either vomiting or coughing. I basically went to bed at around 5 a.m. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is located on the Nanhu Park side. I have been here many times before, but this time was the most frustrating. I still gave it a full rating for the service. The service staff is quite good, the service is really good. For a room costing over a thousand, I feel that four hundred is too much. The breakfast is also terrible. When I went there at around eight o'clock, many rooms were empty. Some were replenished, which is considered timely, but some were gone. The dining time is from seven to nine thirty, and it feels like you have to get up very early to eat. Of course, the service staff is still very good ~ Five stars for the service alone, the rest are just average. It is not a good place to rest in a hotel, which is terrible. It was the same before. I always felt that the sound insulation was not good. I could make do with it before, but this time I had to toss for a whole night. If you can't rest in a hotel, no matter how good the service is, it's meaningless!
