Facilities: OK, the downside is that the TV is too small, I use the set-top box of Jishi Media, which has quite a few channels. The wifi is not good, and the internet is not very good even if I connect to it. There is an independent air conditioner.
Hygiene: Not bad, disposable items including towels and paper cups are sealed with plastic bags, which is a very considerate move and clean.
Environment: Around the car factory, there are many large shops downstairs. I heard that there is a RT-Mart nearby, but I didn't go.
Service: It feels OK.

從瀋陽來長春看雪餅猴，特意選擇了離市中心和火車站比較近的酒店，西安大路這家店真的是性價比之神，相比市中心的其他門店這家裝修更好，交通更方便，（市中心比他家貴幾十塊，而且這家有免費停車場）先説前台吧服務很好，下午還有免費的下午茶，有水果和餅乾零食糖果，我比較喜歡吃大白兔想拿幾顆，沒想到前台小姐姐竟然給我拿了一大把，真是太大方了，很東北人。房間衞生也很可靠，畢竟是華住集團的比較放心，我出門都住全季。早餐廳比較豐盛，早上居然還有特色鍋包肉，味道極佳，現煮的麪條很筋道麪條鹵有四種可以選擇，作為麪食愛好者我給打滿分。退房的時候前台還贈送了伴手禮，是全季的糕點和樂高積木（好像是這個店獨有的，應該是每家不一樣）總而言之本次旅行酒店方面真的是很滿意很滿意，期待下一次來長春，下次去前台推薦的這有山商場和54路有軌電車打卡！聽説和日漫裏的一樣，哈哈哈

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it.
Notes:
When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free.
The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha).
Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice.
We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast.
There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!!
The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area.
All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

The hotel is big and beautiful, but the facilities can't keep up with the pace. The bathroom is too small, the TV is small and there are not many Chinese channels. The hotel's guest rooms are backward in terms of smart configuration. There is no charging socket at the bedside. The hair dryer is in the drawer of the table in the room and the cord is short and can't be pulled out. You have to bend over to blow dry your hair, which is too weird. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The rich breakfast deserves full marks💯

My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.

GGuest UserWe were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! Since we visit Changchun annually to see relatives, we usually stay at a nearby hotel. However, this time, due to renovations at our usual hotel, we decided to try the Friendship Hotel. Upon checking in and arriving at our room, we were greeted with a platter of fruit, water, and drinks—a thoughtful touch!
The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided at the entrance, and the attention to detail and genuine care from the hotel staff were evident everywhere. The hotel's design was innovative, stylish, and elegant, making our stay very comfortable.
The breakfast was also particularly rich and of high quality. We noticed that many of the guests were international professors and students from Northeast Normal University nearby.
During check-out, the hotel staff even prepared some snacks for us, showcasing their attentive and meticulous service, which left a deep impression on us.
This hotel offers excellent value for money and rivals some international five-star hotels. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Changchun! Many thanks to the hotel staff!

房间非常舒适整洁宽敞，门口准备了浴袍和拖鞋等用品，房间处处都能感觉到Hotel人员的用心和真诚。而且Hotel的设计风格非常新颖别致时尚大气，让我们休息得很舒服。
早餐也特别丰盛有品质。观察到这里的住客多是参加附近东北师范大学的各国教授和留学生，有不少国际友人。
check out的时候，hotel的工作人员还准备了小点心给我们，服务非常周到细致，给我们留下了深刻的印象。
这是一家性价比极高的Hotel，绝对不亚于一些国际的五星级酒店，非常推荐，是我们以后再来长春的不二首选！非常感谢酒店人员！

GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

FFara.pocaThere are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve.
1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected
2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there
3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway
4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices.
We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

Thank you very much. When I checked in, I met Jelly and Yuli again, who helped me upgrade the floor and sent breakfast for the children. In short, I really chose the right hotel. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there.
