The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀

The location is great.
The hotel is close to the station, one subway stop from Changchun Station.
Please note that the last subway train leaves early (I was planning to take the subway from Changchun Station, but it ended before 10pm), but you can take a taxi from Changchun Station in just one meter, so there is no problem.
The room was well cleaned.
The water pressure in the shower is also perfect.
However, there was no conditioner, just a rinse-in shampoo, so if you're concerned about that, I think it's a good idea to prepare your own.
The air volume of the dryer was perfect.
Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious.
It's also nice to be able to eat freshly made ramen.
There aren't many restaurants in the area that open from 7am, so it was a good idea to include breakfast.

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve.
1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected
2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there
3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway
4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices.
We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it.
Notes:
When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free.
The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha).
Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice.
We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast.
There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!!
The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area.
All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

It took more than ten minutes to check in. I was the only guest there, and the staff were not very experienced. The room was quite big, with a double bed and a couch. The overall decoration was OK, but the light was too dim and it was very depressing. It was clearly noted that I wanted a quiet room, but it faced the road and was very noisy. The room was very hot and could not be adjusted automatically. I made several phone calls, but the problem was not solved. It was not until after ten o'clock in the evening that a man answered the phone and immediately offered to send a fan or a humidifier. I saw a little bit of service awareness here. It was only after ten o'clock in the morning, and the front desk called to ask if I wanted to extend my stay. However, I checked out at four o'clock at the latest, and I went out with a lot of luggage, and the door was very heavy, and there was no waiter to help. In short, the service awareness was not enough.

GGuest UserWe were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! Since we visit Changchun annually to see relatives, we usually stay at a nearby hotel. However, this time, due to renovations at our usual hotel, we decided to try the Friendship Hotel. Upon checking in and arriving at our room, we were greeted with a platter of fruit, water, and drinks—a thoughtful touch!
The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided at the entrance, and the attention to detail and genuine care from the hotel staff were evident everywhere. The hotel's design was innovative, stylish, and elegant, making our stay very comfortable.
The breakfast was also particularly rich and of high quality. We noticed that many of the guests were international professors and students from Northeast Normal University nearby.
During check-out, the hotel staff even prepared some snacks for us, showcasing their attentive and meticulous service, which left a deep impression on us.
This hotel offers excellent value for money and rivals some international five-star hotels. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Changchun! Many thanks to the hotel staff!

房间非常舒适整洁宽敞，门口准备了浴袍和拖鞋等用品，房间处处都能感觉到Hotel人员的用心和真诚。而且Hotel的设计风格非常新颖别致时尚大气，让我们休息得很舒服。
早餐也特别丰盛有品质。观察到这里的住客多是参加附近东北师范大学的各国教授和留学生，有不少国际友人。
check out的时候，hotel的工作人员还准备了小点心给我们，服务非常周到细致，给我们留下了深刻的印象。
这是一家性价比极高的Hotel，绝对不亚于一些国际的五星级酒店，非常推荐，是我们以后再来长春的不二首选！非常感谢酒店人员！

GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

Ms. Zhang from the hotel reservation department (I guessed it myself), WeChat name: ************, contacted me the day before to arrange check-in, gave me several dining options, and helped me with the location. Thank you very much. When I checked in, I met Jelly and Yuli again, who helped me upgrade the floor and sent breakfast for the children. In short, I really chose the right hotel. Although it was only one night, it was worth it.

She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there.
