Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

Not in the centre of town, but conveniently near a Wanda Plaza shopping centre and covid test site. The hotel looks and smells nice, and the executive room that we stayed in was really impressive. It was more a suite, with a full sofa/sitting area between the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom section had a really classy high ceiling look. Liked the room a lot. The executive lounge was not open separately, but we were able instead to enjoy the full dinner and breakfast buffets in the 1st floor restaurants. The selection and quality of the foods for both was very impressive and delicious, and we highly recommend them. This was a nice experience overall, and definitely worth the reasonable price.

People at front desk not speak English well and they can’t help too much. Buffer at dinner if you arrive after 7:30 pm to eat you will find half buffet because they don’t fill the foods and you pay full price and it’s will be expensive without complete buffet. If many people eat early at restaurant, hotel staff not clean properly table and floor. So in the end if you arrive late at buffet it’s like you eat same in the street food. If buffet time close at 9 pm, if you arrive before that time you must have the same service like a people come at 6 pm to eat. There’s not. I stay long time in 2019 for more than two months and last time just few days. I have plan to back in Changde in coming few months but not sure if I will stay again on this hotel. For me it’s like 3 stars, not 5.

The room has no windows and is stuffy. The room price is over 600, the deposit is 500, and the room only provides one yuan of mineral water for free. Everything else is charged, 30 yuan/bottle of water, 18 yuan/can of Coke, all are sky-high prices. The price does not match the service, and the hotel experience is poor. The network is poor, watching TV in circles makes me doubt my life.

When I wanted to ask the front desk to arrange a room on a higher floor, they just said no. Even if they checked and said no, it was fine. This is far worse than other Marriott hotels. In addition, the room service aunt was nice, very patient and efficient.

Overall, the hotel is good, the environment is comfortable, and the front desk and lobby staff are very friendly. The room was upgraded to a lake view for free, and the scenery is really good. It is an old five-star hotel with all the necessary facilities. The sound insulation is also good, and I had a good rest all night. The location is also very good. If you don't want to eat at the hotel buffet, Wanda Plaza is opposite. There is also a small children's playground on the first floor to consume the energy of children. Our family passed by Changde, and if we have the opportunity to come and play in depth again, we are willing to stay again. There is a little suggestion for improvement on the facilities: the shower head is easy to be crooked, and the water really flows out easily.

We arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock and were told that the sanitation was not ready yet, ok! I'll wait! But can you tell us a specific time? Just a sentence that it would take a long time, and then we went to the playground to change the child's diaper and play with the child. It was almost an hour, and we asked if we could check in to the room. Anyway, the sanitation was not ready, and then we waited, and there was no specific time, and the family was still hungry. We said we would leave the luggage and go to eat, but in the end, no one came to move the luggage. We put it in the front desk by ourselves and were told by your service staff that we could not enter! I touched your ghost! And when we sent the luggage, we left our name and phone number, saying that we would be notified and informed of the room number when the sanitation was ready. At nearly 7 o'clock, we arrived at the hotel, and no one knew which room we were in. We stood there like ******! They also argued that we did not leave contact information. May I ask if it is not on my Ctrip booking order? No luggage storage slip? The room is totally worthless: a parent-child room for more than 1,000! Thank you! Maybe it's really only your parent-child room that is blocked by a glass door, and the whole room is rectangular? ! What about the coffin? You dismantled the living room in this executive room and put a bunk bed? The children's bedding is still so bad! The children's toys are also arranged very tightly, and they will hit if you are not careful! The bathroom and toilet are also a sliding door? Brother, your toilet door can't be closed? The toilet door is closed and the shower room is open? The water in the shower room is also pitifully small, taking a shower? You don't even have water pressure! Are you here to reduce costs and increase efficiency? The arrogance of catering: your local units come to stay with breakfast and dinner, and we only booked breakfast on Ctrip, ok! Appropriate treatment is acceptable! But it is a bit inconvenient for parent-child travel, especially with a baby. I found a takeaway box in the restaurant to pack some potato bread for the child, just a disposable box, and you told me that I need to ask the supervisor for instructions? ! How much gratitude do you want from you! The supervisor came over and said in a sarcastic tone, we can't pack, but since you are packing for your child, I will give you one, right? I have really stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I have encountered this! Parking lot exit: Since you have a distinguished monthly card exit, please mark it clearly? Tourists can't tell the difference! You all have marked exits, we will definitely follow the signs, and when we get to the exit, tell me, sorry, you are not a distinguished monthly card holder? ! Children's playground: It's just an ocean ball fence? ! It's still at the elevator entrance, it's well done 🙂 There is no need to talk about other services and requirements of the same price, even some basic ones can't be done. In a word: It's not worth it at all! If I wasn't too lazy to toss with my children, I really don't want to stay! Everyone be careful! Anyway, it's not equal to the check-in price!

The lady at the hotel front desk was very welcoming and gave my daughter a breakfast coupon. The room was very nice, with bunk beds, which met the needs of a children's room and the children liked it very much.

This is the Sheraton with the best environment and hardware that I have ever stayed in. The key is that my son and I stayed there for one night and passed the civil service interview the next day🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰🥰🥰🥰

The dinner buffet was not very cost-effective, but everything else was good. Highly recommended!
