I entered the hotel at 22:30 in the evening with my children. Unexpectedly, I entered the room as soon as I entered the hotel. When I turned on the faucet, a big sewer smell came up. Then I moved to a non-smoking room. There were a few burnt cigarette butts on the bedside. I contacted the front desk to deal with the problem, but the eldest sister came wearing a mask and said she couldn't smell it. They also asked us if we had eaten something with a strong smell. We were really speechless. The eldest sister told me in dialect that she couldn’t smell it in front of me. After a long time, she asked me to change rooms and check the room. It turned out that I went to a high-end hotel. They directly downgraded me to the bed room, and said that the room could be restored to the room type I booked. Only the small refrigerator was not available, which made me even more speechless. They said that the hotel was full, but I didn't bother to verify it, and I didn't want to. After changing the room, I asked them to take care of the original room. However, my wife still found a toothbrush in the sink drain and asked her to take care of it. The lady in charge of the guest room actually said that she didn’t know how to do it. After contacting me for a long time, two different colleagues came. Later, I was told that there was another room of the same type that I could check out first. It was booked by a guest who didn’t show up later. After struggling for a long time, I finally settled in. We were also careful that they would sell the room in question to that guest, and they even more It's going to be a disaster... All in all, I probably won't stay here again unless I have to.

定了兩間房，酒店的衞生狀況挺好的，硬件設施也很齊全，酒店的服務非常好，員工的服務意識都非常強，還是很推薦這間酒店的。節假日去的還準備了送小朋友的小禮物，真的很用心。

十分滿意，平常比較懶，住過的酒店都懶得評價，這次確實超出預期，説兩句: 1，環境中規中矩，但小細節很驚喜，電梯刷卡才能按樓層，給人安全感，馬桶旁放了酒精棉片，方便擦拭，床旁邊的小桌帶無線充電，想睡了手機一放就行，贈送的水杯質感很好，馬桶紙巾旁就設定了一個二維碼收集顧客意見，態度誠懇。 前台熱情，我衹換了一張餐券，check in時看我們是家庭入住，直接送了另外一張，退房直接交房卡就行，還立馬熱心的再送了兩瓶純凈水路上喝 床品一直是強項，床墊和枕頭都非常舒服，閨女直接説:這比家裡的還舒服（雖然我內心白眼），確實選擇時衹要價格相差不大，首選亞朵，畢竟床品的優勢太大了 離店後還特意追訪住宿評價，很贊！
