Changde Hotels with Pools

People at front desk not speak English well and they can’t help too much. Buffer at dinner if you arrive after 7:30 pm to eat you will find half buffet because they don’t fill the foods and you pay full price and it’s will be expensive without complete buffet. If many people eat early at restaurant, hotel staff not clean properly table and floor. So in the end if you arrive late at buffet it’s like you eat same in the street food. If buffet time close at 9 pm, if you arrive before that time you must have the same service like a people come at 6 pm to eat. There’s not. I stay long time in 2019 for more than two months and last time just few days. I have plan to back in Changde in coming few months but not sure if I will stay again on this hotel. For me it’s like 3 stars, not 5.

I deliberately chose the Huandao Hotel to get up early in the morning. The children were going to ride bicycles around the lake. The waiter told them that there were no bicycles to rent. Several bicycle locks at the door had lost their keys and could not be opened. Several bicycle chains were broken and had not been repaired. It seemed to us that the problem could be solved in ten minutes, but the waiter said that the repair report had been submitted for several months and no one had responded, which showed that the management's ability and service awareness were weak. Another note: The indoor swimming pool is not free for hotel guests. Other nearby hotels are free. Many customers have expressed their opinions, but I don’t know what the hotel leadership believes in charging a fee.

Free room upgrade upon arrival, and the front desk enthusiastically recommends routes and delicious food. The hotel is located on the bank of Liuye Lake. It is very convenient to reach various attractions in the city, and the response to taxis in the surrounding area is very fast. It's a good travel experience.

Xiangxi characteristic residential houses, outdoor is a simple rural style, rice fields lotus pond tea mountain; indoors have modern facilities that do not violate the traces, WIFI, electric curtains, central air conditioning. Butler service, intimate and thoughtful. There are many experiences, so there is no need to worry about boring and boring. Come to the place I want to come again!

The hotel has been open for so long, but it is well maintained. There is no peculiar smell in the room. The only regret is that the breakfast is not as good as it used to be, and it is too simple. It is still the best choice in the county, with convenient parking, spacious and quiet rooms, and supporting leisure facilities such as swimming pools and table tennis rooms.

Check-in lady is really bad. She is so confused with using my credit card for authorisation. She was not welcoming at all. Very very stupid person. I asked her many times that i am first time here, and what can i do here? She just said to take a look at the map. I was not happy at all. She has no heart to make my stay in Taoyuan happy. However, the next day, lucky for me, two interns were very nice to show me around the whole estate. They were very patient with me, and my feelings changed about Taoyuan. I loved it. Then today, when I check-out, to my surprise, the same lady at the checkout again. That stupid person screwed up my check out and did bot return my authorisation credit to my credit card. She called me to say that the authorisation failed when i first checked in. Oh my god. This is really impossible! What made me angry was that she took ¥0.01. This give me problem with my credit card company. This stupid person make me hate my trip to your property. Beginning and end!
