酒店服務格局有一點偏低。住了這麼多次酒店的第一次住酒店還要收按金，酒店的裝修材料用料都比較差，客人會把這些劣質合成地板扣出去賣了，還是會把硬的像木板的床墊抬回家？

前台服務人員態度差，開張發票讓她給我發PDF格式的，講不方便，讓我自己掃碼下載，開票這麼多次，第一次遇到這種情況。
