When checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

A colleague went there when it opened and said it was good, so I quickly booked a trip.
We went there on Friday and Sunday. Six adults and two babies over one and two years old stayed in a three-bedroom apartment on the first floor with a courtyard. The basic facilities were complete, very comfortable and clean. It's just that the super large yard is a bit wasteful. It would be better if there were more basic leisure and entertainment facilities in the yard.
The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the center of the town. To go to the beach, you have to walk a short distance past the center of the town, but as a resort park, this walking distance is within an acceptable range.
There are restaurants, coffee, bread, and supermarkets in the park, and basic needs can be met. Moreover, there are not many people there not long after it opened, so it is currently in a very comfortable state.
Special thanks to Wei Xiaoguai, the housekeeper of the apartment, for contacting us in advance, checking in, answering all questions and responding to requests. He was very friendly and received great service~~
The family is very satisfied. My husband said that he hopes to come here often when he has time. He also hopes that the park will have more facilities and that the basic living prices will remain affordable.

When I checked in at the front desk, I was told that it was the first day of the official opening, and there was only one building open. I had originally booked a courtyard king bed room, but I couldn't upgrade it, so I was given several drink coupons for the lobby bar. The service at the front desk was attentive and enthusiastic. Professional and rare in high-end resort hotels around Beijing. The room facilities are very good. The toiletries are from Shanghai Beach and are very useful. The slippers and bathrobes are extremely comfortable. The toilet is flushed by Panasonic. It's so comfortable to stay in the yard, it's worthy of being a summer resort. The Chinese food for dinner was better than breakfast. The stir-fried dishes were surprisingly delicious and affordable. I didn’t finish the meal and wanted to take it away, but I didn’t have a takeaway box. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small and I find it inconvenient to put things in the door. The air-conditioning in the corridor is too sufficient. It is recommended to increase the temperature to save some energy.

Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English.
Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit

環境：非常喜歡酒店風格，原來是個傢俱店，特別是墨綠色大地磚，長在我的審美上
位置是在阿那亞園區北岸，九期。要去阿那亞主園區要做大巴車去，24點有來回
北岸也有不少孩子玩的，但是看海在南岸哦
衞生：乾淨可以放心，孩子住也ok
設施：非常喜歡一些書籍和擺件，沒有電視，帶娃的需要考慮下
服務：客服人員基本上是有求必應，但感覺不是專門的親子酒店，備品和服務上缺少提前預備。但是我們走的那天下超大雨孩子又發熱，延遲退房了也沒有來催，非常感謝🙏🏻
要提一點建議就是加了管家微信可以主動告知一些遊玩事項，畢竟大家都很懵，比如關於自駕車子，遊樂地點推薦等等。
而且早餐是米線和咖啡，小童套餐竟然沒有被包含在內，兩個大人衹有兩份早餐，我們帶着孩子去問也沒有提醒也沒有告知，孩子還小才五歲，這點讓人非常無語

Lovely stay, there are a lot of activities you can do in the resort( hot spring, games, live shows) and much more. The staff went out and above to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, Jay the supervisor was very helpful, he would tell about events happening that day and even take us there. It was a great experience we even extended our stay because there was so much to do❤️. I definitely recommend this hotel. There’s a Western restaurant and Bar and it has a sea view.

As the best boutique six points in Aranya, Yunsong's service can be said to be rare! The butler can always meet all your requirements considerately. The special car can take guests to any corner of the park or pick them up from anywhere. The breakfast is great, with many combinations and can be ordered. If the guest wants to eat at a popular restaurant but doesn't want to queue, the butler will go to the restaurant in advance to help the guest queue up and get a number to ensure that the guest can eat on time. The TV is big and it feels great to watch! The owner also prepared a lot of toys, which is especially convenient for bringing children. When the weather is cold, it is not cold at all when you lie down and enjoy the view. The design of the room is simple. Although the room we booked is not big, it is very comfortable. Warm, the hotel provides fruits every day, and the breakfast buffet is also very rich and delicious, including fermented dumplings. There is also a Sichuan restaurant downstairs that is very crowded for lunch and dinner. The coffee bar smells the aroma of coffee and mango as soon as you enter the door. Cheesecake and black tea, sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows looking at the sea and feeling the sunshine, satisfying all your needs without leaving home. The hotel service is very considerate. You can get express delivery, and shuttle buses can pick you up and drop you off at various attractions anytime and anywhere. The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor, and talking in the corridor in the middle of the night is like talking to someone in front of you.
The twin beds cannot be pushed together, so parents with children should be aware of this.
The hot spring wave we brought was said to be from 10:30-10:50, but it was postponed and ended early. There is a separate fee for the small fish pond, and we were told when it was not time.
Breakfast is very good in the off-season and is served quickly, but you need to walk a while to the hot spring hotel to eat it.
The beach is nice, the sand is very fine, and the water is relatively clean. The setting is also very impressive.
The front desk service is very good, and the luxury room type is well maintained. My child wanted two whale dolls of that room type and they borrowed two and put them in the room. At noon check-out time, the child was playing in the hot spring and didn't want to come out, so I negotiated with the front desk to arrive 20-30 late. Minute check-out was agreed, thank you very much.
Generally speaking, there are many people eating dumplings in this place during the peak season, and transportation during the off-season is difficult. Self-driving is okay, but those who don’t want to drive should think twice.

The housekeeper thoughtfully upgraded our room. The big bed was replaced with a standard room. It was more convenient to bring children. It was surprisingly on the first floor. There was a swimming pool outside, and the lawn was on the right. It took two minutes to reach the sea. The children were so excited!
The room was also very clean. It was a real experience. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews😻
The children ran wildly on the big lawn all afternoon. We adults leisurely faded away the fatigue of 6 days of adjustment, and my mother had a lot of fun.
The night was also great. There were small live concerts and a bonfire party at the beach. It was super fun. I got up early in the morning and went to the beach to catch the sea. The children dug a lot of small 🦀. Cute big dogs and small dogs were everywhere on the lawn❤️
My father didn't come this time. I will definitely bring the whole family next time✌
P.s There are many delicious foods nearby. You can walk or drive, and it is economical. The hotel breakfast is also very rich!
