Room & lobby design full of ZEN feel, top notch service, highly recommend

Amazing hotel, interior design is very neat and the service is great. Is a bit far from Aranya town but they have shuttle buses all the time going there. I would definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel. Hotel room was so good. But there was a leak in a tub, so we didn’t chill normally, cuz all the time u should put more water and can’t enjoy normally. We asked to change, master came and changed, but nothing changed in reality. Biggest minus it’s transportation in Aranya, there no taxi inside, no bikes no scooters for rent, only f*cking hotel busses that u should wait to the way back for 7-15minutes, it’s really sh*t! In hotel no amenities, no pool, maybe gym (not sure about this), spa is expensive!

We had a very wonderful stay! The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was spacious, loved the bath and the bed was so comfortable and HUGE. The swimming pool is also very kid-friendly. We really enjoyed exploring Anaya town using the buggy service. Will definitely return.

Bad service and one of the staff stole my AirPods. The hotel itself is nice but not 5 star — 4 star maybe. No gym. Breakfast was good.

This is the most important reason why I chose Aranya Yinlu Hotel. I used to see social media saying that a group of people were waiting in line for the park car, which was very frustrating. But there is no need to worry at Yinlu. You just need to call the hotel front desk before returning to the hotel to inform the specific location and the hotel bus will pick you up soon. Every time you come back from the park, you must take a rest in the hotel lobby, drink a cup of winter melon tea or peanut milk made by the hotel, and then return to the room with satisfaction. Remember: The hotel is very convenient for travel, and you can call and make an appointment for the shuttle bus in advance. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic. Xiao Tan, who received us, sent us the hotel's dining information and some tips for the park as soon as possible, which saved a lot of time. The hotel also sent snacks in the evening, which is very considerate. 💌I hope the hotel will always maintain and improve its service level, and look forward to meeting you next time.

I stayed in Aranya for four days and in Yinlu for two days. The service was very good. The guest manager Diandian was nice and kind. Seeing that I had been waiting in line for a long time, she checked me in in advance. She also gave the child a bath towel when he was swimming in the swimming pool. All kinds of services were good. The hotel was very clean and the room was large. The bed was very low and very child-friendly. My daughter liked it very much. There was also a hot spring in the room, and the snack bar was well stocked. The shuttle bus was very convenient to get on and off at any time. Although Yinlu was far from the beach, it was very quiet and I liked it very much. I will go there again next time.

Seeing that there are three of you, you can directly send you quilts, pillows (many kinds), and taxi calls. There is no awkward service throughout the whole process. It is very considerate. Free welcome snacks and drinks on the first night: I won’t mention the normal welcome snacks provided by the hotel. It rained on the second night, and the hotel may have been afraid of affecting the trip and the mood, so they sent Sugu snacks, which were delicious. As long as you ask for items in the room, they will definitely meet your needs. Although the hotel is not located in the core area of ​​Aranya, there is a shuttle bus when you go out. When you come back, you can call the hotel and they will definitely pick you up. So it is very convenient. You don't have to live in the core area. Compared with the shuttle bus in the park, the shuttle bus feels very good.
