I was there with my girlfriend, it was a nightmare. Full of kids running around and screaming everywhere, totally out of control. Not recommended.

Entrance is really nice, however the room can use a bit more cleaning as we saw flies inside. Beach area is relatively clean and well maintained. We didn't see any open restaurants nearby as well.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The best thing of the hotel was our room, nice , clean and spacious. Everything else is more like a 2-3 star hotel at least by western standards. No one speaks English. The hotel promotes on Trip that it accepts all international credit cards , but when we got there they simply apologized that they don’t take international cards. Even after I showed them the page on Trip, they didn’t say much just sorry we don’t. So it was very inconvenient to have to pay with another one that I wasn’t planning to use for this trip. I hope that they don’t make false advertisement with this cause the hotel DOES NOT accept international cards. Furthermore, the pool is mostly shallow water and not very clean. It feels more like a big pond. The beach, is alright however you can only swim in a designated area and that’s always crowded. The whole building is massive but is run down , old, and quite dirty, it is definitely not worth it 1000 RMB for a night. The food is below average, doesn’t match their prices. I wish they could at least lower their prices to match what they actually have to offer. Won’t be back.

The location is great, the night view is incredibly beautiful. But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors. the room did not provide any drinkable water.

Fantastic location: ice cream, snacks etc but also quite walks in well maintained environment just next to the sea side.

Dogs friendly hotel , good services but the room not worth that money , will try another one next time

Decent location. Could do with improving when it comes to food choices. A lot of space for kids to roam around and play which is a plus. The girl at the front desk who speaks Russian was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. However, we tried to go to a restaurant to eat once and the lady (manager I think) told us that were no tables available and we could not go in. We saw people continuously go in and more than one table available, she told us to go somewhere else. We ignored her and sat down to have our meal. Very disrespectful behaviour towards foreigners it seemed.

I recently stayed at the Arcadia Seaside Resort Hotel in Qinhuangdao and it was amazing! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was deeply attracted by the strong holiday atmosphere here. My room is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, and every detail reveals the hotel's pursuit of quality. The bedding is comfortable and soft, allowing me to have a good dream every night. Moreover, the sea view in the room is simply invincible. I can wake up to see the beautiful sea view every day, which is really refreshing. The service of the hotel is also first-class. The staff are very warm and friendly, always smiling to help me. Whether it is the front desk, room service or restaurant staff, I feel the warmth of home. Special mention should be made of the hotel's restaurant, which has rich and diverse dishes and delicious taste. Every dish makes me unforgettable. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very complete. The gym, swimming pool, SPA center, etc. are all available, allowing me to stay healthy and relaxed while on vacation. I also particularly like the hotel's private beach, with fine sand and clear water, which is a good place to relax and enjoy the sun. This is the worst so-called five-diamond hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed in room 2670. The sea view room cost more than 800 yuan, the hygiene was poor, only the toiletries were changed, because the room was not cleaned for the extended stay. The waiter had a bad attitude, and he cursed when I asked him to get a small roll of paper. The room looked like a hotel except for the bed and the chaise longue, and the other facilities were completely farmhouse. The electric water heater used in the five-diamond hotel had to wait half an hour before the next person could wash. There was a long queue for breakfast, and the dishes were average. It may be because it is a hotel with a beach closer to Beijing. The business is really good on weekends. So no matter how bad the service quality is, there will be people going there. It doesn't matter if the service is bad🤷♀️

The room was very satisfactory. Since I was traveling with my 1-year-old baby, the housekeeper Wang Lu tried her best to arrange a quiet room for me and upgraded it. I could see the sea even if I was not exposed to the sun. There was a swimming pool downstairs. It was a bit cold these two days so I didn't go in the water. I think it would be perfect in summer! The hotel has its own private green space and beach. There are not many people, which is very suitable for taking pictures. I also caught a very beautiful sunrise these two days. It is worth coming again in the future!

I went to Arcadia Hotel for the second time in the summer vacation of 2024. The first time was at the beginning of the summer vacation, and this time was at the end of the summer vacation. Because the children especially like the swimming pool in Arca, they can stay there for several hours a day. This time, Chu Ting, the housekeeper, helped to reserve a room with a swimming pool. The swimming pool is right outside the balcony door. The children had fun playing, and the adults were also very happy to follow them. They didn’t have to carry things and run back and forth. The swimming pool was guarded by lifeguards throughout the whole process and was very safe. Thanks to Chu Ting, the housekeeper and other staff for their care. The children had a lot of fun playing. It was the cool autumn day after the beginning of autumn, and the sky was really beautiful. It was a very good trip. The children were reluctant to leave. See you next year in Arca🍒

The grass and the sea have all the elements I like. Beach, sea breeze, seagulls, jellyfish, seafood, coconut water. I come here every two years. I just got home and want to come again. Except for the high humidity, everything else is good. I specifically asked for Wang Lu's star-level service. I found I left a book on the train. The hotel quickly arranged for a courier to take it home. I just didn't find the famous quote from Nietzsche that I saw on the runway a few years ago: Every day that I don't dance is a waste of life. Maybe the rainbow runway has been refreshed?
