Excellent service, delicious breakfast, and airport pickup included – highly recommend!

The hotel has convenient parking and the front desk staff were great, proactively upgrading us to a larger room. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of choices.

The room was as satisfying as ever; every time I come to Changsha, I stay at this hotel. It's a well-established five-star hotel. The service details are excellent, including a complimentary airport pick-up or drop-off (both drivers were fantastic and very attentive), and free light meals. It's a very convenient place to stay.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The vehicle was also very clean.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious, and the facilities were excellent, especially the customer service which was outstanding. We received welcome fruit upon check-in and yogurt in the evening. They even brought extra water when we ran out. If I had to nitpick, the pool and kids' play area were a bit small, but still adequate for enjoyment.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel staff were excellent, they even upgraded my room. The room was very spacious, and they also helped me arrange a taxi. Personally, I think this is the best hotel in Changsha County.

The elevators were fast, the room was spacious, and the amenities were great. The hotel even upgraded us for free to a room with an extra-large bathtub, and decorated it beforehand, because they knew it was our anniversary. It was excellent.

The front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay.

Our first stop in Changsha! The hotel's environment, cleanliness, and service were all fantastic. The breakfast had a great variety, perfect for a family with different tastes. We were so satisfied, we extended our stay!
