酒店大堂大氣，雙床的房間舒適，寬敞，雖然離鬧市區有些距離，但是安靜，下了地鐵就4分鐘的路程，再去長沙依然首選，不管在哪裡辦事了

總體感覺良好，但還沒達到心目中的5鑽：
1. 照明燈開關不分明；當深夜上衞生間開燈，一按床頭燈亮了，再按大部分燈亮了；本應該衹需衞生間照明的，上個廁所把所有人照醒了；
2. 套餐時間不合理，預訂是三天2晚的，餐券卻定義入住當天及第二天；如我晚上入住，則第三天中午就不能用餐了（飲品也一樣），好在服務還到位，沒有太多的糾葛；
3. 餐券裏的餐太鹹太辣，第一餐建議了非辣，第二餐要求了非辣或少辣，但還是很鹹很辣；套餐對於吃清淡人士不是很友好；不過食材新鮮這個是需要點讚的；
4. 餐券裏的飯太少了，碗太小了，又鹹又辣的菜不就是配飯的？但就衹包含2小碗；但服務員給多了幾碗，還是需要肯定的。
5. 套餐裏的飲品不能換等價或低價的冰淇淋，對小孩不是很友好
6. 早餐中的西瓜及哈密瓜不夠新鮮
7. 玻璃杯比較薄，入住當時我小孩説開水消毒一下，一燙，玻璃杯裂了
8. 需要肯定的是酒店/房間空氣還好，無異味（之前住過多的酒店由於有地毯，一股潮味）

房間沒問題，但是當天大堂圍了很多住客，前台説沒房，説攜程超售了，其實是他們自己銷售鎖定了一部分房給自己團隊客户預留的，導致我們這些預訂的半夜兩點還在前台等着出房……前台打電話問人家鎖定的房能不能出………不能賴前台，賴銷售管理混亂……
