Atour Light Hotel is located in the heart of Huang Xing Pedestrian Street, a Changsha foodie paradise. The location is a little hard to find since the entrance is in an alley, but still a great location nonetheless. The hotel is new and clean. I chose a room without windows as the receptionist explained it would be quieter. Instead of a real window, the “window” look out into a fake garden, which I thought it was a nice touch. Besides the usual complimentary toiletries, the hotel also offer heated eye masks and surplus drinks in the refrigerator. The free laundry service is also a plus. When checking out, the reception offered more water and snacks. Overall, I am very satisfied with Atour Light Hotel and would recommend it to my friends and family when visiting Changsha.

Everything is fine. Just the room smells cigarette although is none smoking room. Other than that superb good.

We stayed in a cosy double and the room was great. Comfy bed, good shower, all the room amenities were fine. The room looked onto the main street which stayed quite noisy till around 2am, but even that was OK - However there is some hurrendous building work going on somewhere nearby and the drilling started early in the morning and lasted intermittently all day which meant no relaxing inside the room at any point which was a shame, as the weather was quite wet. If that noise wasn't there, I'd stay again.

The hotel is located in a nice area near landmark points. Food at a hotel's restaurant is delicious. Our friends love them. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location! Conveniently situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from restaurants, food streets, and shopping malls, this hotel couldn't be better positioned. I've been a frequent guest at Atour whenever I travel to China, and it never disappoints. The services, facilities, and amenities are top-notch, with complimentary laundry, nightly porridge, and a well-stocked coffee bar. However, one downside is the litter strewn along the streets in the central area, which can detract from the overall experience. Despite this minor inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and exceptional hospitality.

Close to food street, shopping districts, and metro station. However, it does not have a main lobby that is accessible by cars. We were carrying heavy luggages and it was difficult for us to bring our luggages to and fro the cab pick up and drop off points. Otherwise, a new hotel with clean facilities and comfortable beds. Breakfast was yummy too!

Environment: Right in Huangxing Square, surrounded by delicious and fun things, the location is really convenient Service: The front desk lady was very nice, she sent us midnight snacks, and packed us a breakfast in the morning when we were catching the bus. The service was really great. Hygiene: The overall hygiene is OK, there is a little smell in the elevator, which is unavoidable in the public area, but it is acceptable. Facilities: Although it is useless, I saw that the laundry facilities are quite complete. Overall it is very good

When my family went out to play, we wanted to find a clean place close to the subway, so we chose the Light Residence Hotel under Atour. The room was quite standard and had everything we needed. We spent the Dragon Boat Festival in Changsha. After a day of fun, we arrived at the hotel and they sent us rice dumplings. It was full of ritual. When we checked out, there was also a free luggage delivery service to Changsha Station. Our family went shopping easily. I will definitely come to this hotel again next time I come to Changsha~ It's really great.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the subway entrance, with a good location. The breakfast in the morning is very delicious, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the check-in is fast, the room facilities are complete, the warm yellow tones are very cozy, the Atour bedding is still as soft and comfortable as always, and you can drink porridge in the evening. I am particularly satisfied with the stay experience. Next time I come to Changsha for a visit, I will still choose this hotel!

I have always been most at ease with Atour 😉 This trip to Changsha was also the same. At first I was worried about the noise in the downtown area of ​​the food street, but I really overthought it 😜😜 The ladies at the front desk were so nice 🥰🥰 Next time I come to Atour ☺️

The breakfast is delicious. The service attitude is very good. There is a snack pedestrian street downstairs. It is also very close to the IFC Center. It takes only five minutes to walk. It takes about fifteen minutes to get to Orange Island by subway. It is especially suitable for traveling. The hotel also provides free laundry service. There is also a cute robot that takes clothes and washes and dries them and then returns them to me. It is very convenient! Highly recommended~

However, the sound insulation of the hotel is quite good, quiet in the bustling city. The price is also moderate, and the cost performance is very high. You can ask the front desk to help collect, wash, dry and send clothes for laundry. You don't have to worry about it at all. It is very worry-free and convenient. The hotel opened last year, and the facilities are relatively new and clean. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and have good service attitudes. The cleaning aunt and restaurant staff are all good.
