Very good service, helped us a lot. The location is right at Huangxin walking street. You need to walk in a little bit (2 mins) and the entrance can be hard to find. Always love Atour.

Location is very good. Few minutes walk to the subway station. It's also very quiet regardless it's just above the shopping and eateries areas. Strongly recommended.

Atour Light Hotel is located in the heart of Huang Xing Pedestrian Street, a Changsha foodie paradise. The location is a little hard to find since the entrance is in an alley, but still a great location nonetheless. The hotel is new and clean. I chose a room without windows as the receptionist explained it would be quieter. Instead of a real window, the “window” look out into a fake garden, which I thought it was a nice touch. Besides the usual complimentary toiletries, the hotel also offer heated eye masks and surplus drinks in the refrigerator. The free laundry service is also a plus. When checking out, the reception offered more water and snacks. Overall, I am very satisfied with Atour Light Hotel and would recommend it to my friends and family when visiting Changsha.

Everything is fine. Just the room smells cigarette although is none smoking room. Other than that superb good.

We stayed in a cosy double and the room was great. Comfy bed, good shower, all the room amenities were fine. The room looked onto the main street which stayed quite noisy till around 2am, but even that was OK - However there is some hurrendous building work going on somewhere nearby and the drilling started early in the morning and lasted intermittently all day which meant no relaxing inside the room at any point which was a shame, as the weather was quite wet. If that noise wasn't there, I'd stay again.

The hotel is located in a nice area near landmark points. Food at a hotel's restaurant is delicious. Our friends love them. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location! Conveniently situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from restaurants, food streets, and shopping malls, this hotel couldn't be better positioned. I've been a frequent guest at Atour whenever I travel to China, and it never disappoints. The services, facilities, and amenities are top-notch, with complimentary laundry, nightly porridge, and a well-stocked coffee bar. However, one downside is the litter strewn along the streets in the central area, which can detract from the overall experience. Despite this minor inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and exceptional hospitality.

Close to food street, shopping districts, and metro station. However, it does not have a main lobby that is accessible by cars. We were carrying heavy luggages and it was difficult for us to bring our luggages to and fro the cab pick up and drop off points. Otherwise, a new hotel with clean facilities and comfortable beds. Breakfast was yummy too!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and it is very convenient to eat, movie theaters, Hunan Museum, and Kaifu Temple. Although it is in the downtown area, the room is very quiet and clean, and the water pressure is particularly good. It happened to rain on the day I arrived in Changsha, and the front desk was happy to borrow an umbrella and change bath towels, and it was very quick. This is my first experience with Atour's Light Residence Hotel, and the price-performance ratio is good, thank you!

The hotel is in a very good location, just a few minutes from the subway. Although it is in the downtown area, it has three layers of windows and is relatively quiet. The hotel front desk service is very good and all the requirements are met. It is a brand under Atour, and the bedding is very comfortable. It is worth staying.

I took my child to Changsha from Guangdong. The temperature in Changsha was slightly lower. I started to feel uncomfortable when I went to Orange Island. I struggled to accompany my child to finish the tour. When I returned to the hotel, I was shaking all over. I asked my friend Lan on WeChat to send me a bed quilt. The cleaning lady saw that I was in a very bad condition and was very careful to report it to the front desk. Then several girls at the front desk sent me a warm baby and brown sugar ginger water. They also helped me deliver meals several times and helped take care of the child! Xiao Li at the front desk also bought me electrolyte water. Every staff member of the hotel was meticulous and really touched! Good reviews are not enough to express my gratitude. I hope the hotel will develop better and better. I look forward to meeting you on my next trip to Changsha!

I stayed at Atour Hotel all the way from Guiyang. Every time was a great experience. This time I brought my parents and the whole family. The accommodation and breakfast were very comfortable. Now I will still choose Atour Hotel on the way back to Inner Mongolia from Wuhan. I like it very much.
