If you are really angry, it is better not to let it go. Then there was a strong smell as soon as I entered the room, and I didn't know where it came from. The most annoying thing is that we set the time for washing clothes, but the hotel staff kept changing it to 15 minutes, which resulted in the coat not being clean at all after washing, and it was covered with traces of detergent. The child's pants and socks were still dripping with water after washing and were not clean. Why do you always touch the guests’ clothes? It’s obviously not enough to wash it clean in 15 minutes. So I would rather check out and stay in another hotel. I've stayed in so many hotels and there's nothing like this. It's really outrageous. There are so many shortcomings.
