The hotel is conveniently location near the subway and train station. The room is very good ,clean & comfortable .The staff is friendly ,helpful and good service.

I check in at midnight, staff warm welcome and helpful. I ask for way to train station there recommended the easy way for walk with many luggage. ABF wonderful.

The location is very good and the service is very well. We go for city traveling after checking out and we can put our 4 luggages at the hotel. Reccomend!

This hotel is just steps away from the metro entrance and across the street from Changsha Railway Station. The staff were very efficient and friendly at check in, apologizing for the nonworking elevator. But the hotel operators are criminally irresponsible in their maintenance of the fire doors opening into the emergency stairs. When I attempted to exit my third floor room, the doors were jammed shut in addition to the handle being broken. Only by throwing my body against the door was I able to open it. When I returned about an hour later, the doors were jammed again. It’s a sorry situation when hotel operators are so concerned about saving a little money on maintenance and local safety officials have so little motivation to do their jobs when lives could be lost as a result.

Location is great and it is within walking distance to the train station. A lot of food at the train station. The room is very clean & quite spacious. We arrived quite late into the night due to our flight & stayed for only 1 night. It's a very good location for transit travelers like us via train. But the guy who was on duty was not very friendly though. :D

Very good

We stayed in Changsha so we could go to Zhangjiajie in the morning. The receptionists were friendly and the room was excellent. My only complaint was that there was a Karaoke party nearby which kept us awake until 2 am.

The rooms are not very clean. The hotel is in front of the train station. Walk across the road and there is a subway in front of the hotel. Complete equipment as standard.
