I checked in at the hotel around 2:00 am in the morning ,the check in process was fast and efficient ,this is my third time coming back to this hotel,it’s the only hotel i sleep in when i visit changsha ,the workers are great and have a good attitude to customers that is why i keep coming back and also recommend the hotel to friends and family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️the location of the hotel is also good👍

The hotel's restaurant was also excellent, serving delicious meals with a good selection of drinks. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit every palate. Overall, I would highly recommend the Vienna International Hotel to anyone visiting the area. The staff, facilities, and location all exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

The hotel is convenient to the train station. 8 minutes by taxi. There is also a shopping mall behind the hotel which has McDonald’s, KFC a few other restaurants, cinema. The hotel itself is not generally bad, but they really need to find a new cleaner. The cleaner looked like a student. As soon as we enter the room, I found hairs on the floor, hairs in the sink and shower ! The bedding was stained by food !! Dust behind the TV. Really poor cleanliness and poor management control of quality. Find a new cleaner and I would come back.
