禮賓服務一般，入住的時候很好會幫忙拿行李，離開的時候可能因為閑人太多了，反而看不到離店客人，但是在看到的時候，有幫忙拿行李上車。

住的太開心啦，服務態度都特別好，風景很漂亮在最高樓都不想走了，每天都有衞生更新，特別舒服，本來去年就想住的然後錯過了，今年再來果然不負眾望，禮賓部服務態度最好的，大家都很温柔

酒店的服務非常好，位置就在五一廣場附近，出行、吃飯都非常便利。可以在四樓下車，然後直接去93樓前台辦入住，房間的視野是非常好的，城市的景色一覽無餘，因為考慮到建築的高度，換乘電梯也是可以理解的，當訂好酒店之後，酒店的管家還會與我聯繫詢問我的需求，我到酒店的時間比較晚，酒店非常貼心的在房間裏給我準備了水果，還幫我開了夜床，讓我在舟車勞頓之後可以直接休息酒店的不足之處，就是設備比較老舊電視機不能投屏，剩下的都是優點，感覺這個價格住這個酒店非常具有性價比，這段時間入住體驗和總體感受都是非常好的，服務員也非常貼心，打掃完畢後發現我愛喝咖啡會多為我準備膠囊咖啡還會給我留下貼心的紙條，這也讓我體驗到了酒店的細心服務。如果下次還來長沙的話，我會繼續選擇這家酒店，也打算試試他們家的酒吧。
