We are indeed very lucky and fortunate that we are located within the amazing new Changsha IFS project, in the heart of the city. Also, being located at the peak of the Star City of Changsha is truly exceptional providing some thrilling views of the views across the city day or night time. That is unless we are engulfed by a cloud which in itself is similar to an experience of being clad in cotton candy.
